  I understand being short-staffed, but the wait time was unacceptable. There appeared to be only one employee trying to handle everything, which isn’t fair to the worker or the customers. The service was extremely slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. Management needs to staff this location properly because one person simply can’t keep up with the demand. I hope this gets addressed soon.

  I went to pick up a mobile order at 8:30pm today, when I got home I had seen I got 2 quesadillas instead of 1 order of crispy corn tortillas. My sister has a gluten allergy so I went back to the place of location and kindly asked a white chubby male to remake my food. He got upset threw a bag and asked “what do you want bro”. I told him the food was on the screen receipt and the one I had on my phone. He said “I’m not supposed to remake it but I’ll do it” with such a rude attitude. Then he proceeded to give me the food and say “next time don’t order a quesadilla”. There was no reason to catch an attitude considering I had asked nicely and explained the situation but he escalated it.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this location during the FIFA BOGO promotion. I simply asked for guacamole, and one of the employees — who I was later told was the manager — became visibly upset, went to the back, started cursing loudly, and slammed something hard enough for customers to hear it. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere over a simple request. On top of that, the guacamole looked poorly mixed, with parts fresh green and other parts already turning black. A person with such a low temper who cannot handle a busy store during a BOGO promotion should not be in a leadership or management position. Management should set an example of professionalism, not make customers feel unwelcome. After this experience, I will never return to this location.

  “Todd” a white chubby guy was unprofessional it seemed to me as he had a mental breakdown but this is honestly not normal as his emotions can be controlled especially at his age he looked around 30. I highly believe he should go see a psychologist. He made a scene and said profanities after my uncle was having a hard time pronouncing and letting him know what he wanted on his burrito. Afterward I just wanted a quick confirmation to make sure the bogo was applied, I repeat my uncle had a hard time ordering all I wanted was a confirmation my tone of voice wasn’t loud nor rude. He then proceeds to give me and my uncle an attitude and throws the spoon in the food box and starts yelling profanities and forwards hitting around twice what I believe was a fridge. He refused us service. I really believe that if you’re going to be working at Chipotle u should at least have patience before starting, as I said this isn’t a normal attitude for someone old enough to have a tantrum. Chipotle manager I really do hope u check the cameras as well think about ur employees. Thank you.

  Ordered to-go for my lunch via their website. I arrived about 10 minutes later and expected to wait a little for them finish making my food. After 10 minutes of waiting, it became apparent they were just making each to-go order on the spot, first one to push up and get the employees attention got their food next. It then took another 10 minutes to wait for them to fish their current orders and get their attention, and another 5 for them to finish my order. I waited in total about 25 minutes! The entire time at least a dozen people passed through the regular counter, their food made to order in person within 5 minutes. WTH is the point of ordering online if I can walk in, order, and be out within 1/5 the time?! I AM not impressed. Will not be doing this again anytime soon. Maybe next time have your customers pick up those paddles with numbers that auctions use. Let the online order customers "bid" their order names to the counter just so the absurdity is more apparent to management.
