I picked up my order in the restaurant, and the manager assured me that everything listed on my order receipt was in the box. However, after driving 30 miles to bring dinner to my family, we found that the guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, green salsa and corn salsa were missing. The entire family was very disappointed to have no salsas, guacamole or condiments with our meal. When I tried calling to complain that my order was missing the specific items, the automated AI system responded that an order could not be changed once submitted, then said “goodbye” and hung up on me. The lack of customer service and response are appalling! Chipotle, you owe me!
