- SLSan LeviAug 6, 20261.0This review is specifically about the server behind the counter (a skinny African-American male). I’ve come here for lunch two days in a row, and both times he gave extremely small portions of rice and caught an attitude when asked for more. Today, my coworker joined me and faced the exact same issue, the server even tried to charge him extra just for wanting a normal portion. Even Chipotle’s CEO publicly stated that customers can ask for more food, so please stop skimping on portions. This server has a terrible attitude, holds back on food, and gets defensive when asked to make it right. He really shouldn't be on the serving line. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was great.

That shows she has ICARE values. She knew I had to go back to work so she didn’t was it any of my time, she jumped right in and assisted to my satisfaction. Thank you Mirna and thank you Chipotle for having wonderful employees!!!

- GLGrace LeeJul 21, 20261.0Unaware of the 10:45am open hour, I walked through the unlocked door and greeted a staff but was immediately and rudely told "we're closed so you need to leave". I apologized and proceeded to walk out but was closely followed behind like I was an aggressor and needed to be escorted out. I've been to this location several times and 50% of the time, the staff was unprofessional. This location is in the heart of the multiple hospitals/medical offices. It's very disheartening and upsetting when employees are rude to hardworking medical staffs and patients that need care.
- QTQueens TITLEJul 20, 20261.0I came in for lunch and to my surprise the most of the staff seemed kind of irritated, the manager was serving me and a few others and she gave off a very ugly attitude when I asked another staff member who she was they said she was the manager and if so Chipotle definitely needs tk do better , because if she's setting the tone the whole atmosphere was just so hostile and rude which im sure is due to her. Never again will I eat here if the environment is going to be like that. Staff told me her name is Maria.
