I'm not sure of this specific.Chipotle has a heating preserve or sister food under heating lamps, but it was very cold.The customer service was fine.The food meaning the food that was supposed to be warm, meaning.The chicken and rice was not the cold food overtook it completely. That is not okay.I expect my food to be cold when it's delivered.Maybe , but not when I get it from the store directly
