  This location has gone downhill a lot since I moved away three years ago. Today there was no ice in the ice machine, my soda was flat, my chips were rubbery because they weren’t cooked all the way, and my kids quesadilla was practically impossible to pull away from the foil it’s cooked in. Not to mention there are consistently homeless people sitting in their outdoor chair, chairs asking for money. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house, but I’ll drive a little farther if I can get better food. That being said the girl that helped me with my pick up order was nice.

  Glad I came before peak hour , I was in and out of there with the help of Jasmine taking my order . Gave me the right amount of portions and made quick , comfortable small talk getting me through the line as I was indecisive about bowl or burrito aha .. she’s amazing ! thanks to her I enjoyed my filled burrito with queso . So gooood

  Customer service was lacking when my Wells Fargo card was declined due to what Wells Fargo thought this Chipotle Mexican Grill was fraudulent activity.

  This has to be by far the worst chipotle I have gone to. It’s near my gym and I always forget it’s this one so I end up coming to it at night around 10:30 which is close to their closing time 11 but each time that I’ve came, the employees are so rude and look so miserable and they just Are lazy you can tell that they hate their job! They also never have anything by that time, which is crazy because I’ve gone to tons of Chipotle’s and even when it’s late, they bring hot food out not this one! So a fair warning if you’re out late looking for chipotle do not come to this one because it’s horrible! And chipotle is not cheap so I will not be coming back to this location

  Ordered a veggie taco without the tortilla and requested some lettuce in its place (lettuce comes on a taco anyway).. The gal asked the manager and then proceeded to put the order in a bowl. When I got to the guacamole part they said that would be extra. Explained that a veggie taco comes with guacamole. The guy said so you don't want any protein. I confirmed and said there was not any in the bowl, just beans and hot sauce. They finally added some, then rang up a veggie bowl price. I explained it was a taco (tiny portions as it was), and they refused to lower the price and said it was in a bowl and had to charge the bowl price. I said the gal checked w'/ the guy then served the order. Said it's not my fault what they put the order in, I'm just the customer that ordered the taco without the tortilla shell. Unbelievable so I left the store and do not plan on returning.
