- VVvazxqle6 days ago1.0I had a really unpleasant experience at this Chipotle today. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I wanted anything else, and I told her I’d like a fountain drink. After paying, she handed me my bag but forgot my cup, so I politely asked her for it. Instead of simply handing it to me, she rolled her eyes, practically threw the cup at me, and muttered under her breath in Spanish, “I’m not going to argue with you.” I guess she assumed I wouldn’t understand, but I speak Spanish myself and heard her clearly. The employee had red hair and I believe she was wearing glasses. I was nothing but polite the entire time, so her attitude was completely unnecessary. There was literally no argument happening. I was simply asking for something I had already paid for. Really disappointing customer service, and I hope management addresses this kind of behavior.

The line worker scooped white rice in my bowl without checking whether I wanted white or brown rice. The guacamole was a little brown but still tasted ok. This location seems to be going downhill. I’m wondering if it’s just this location or the whole chain.

So I asked the guys at the cashier how fresh are they cause every time I buy them they are stale. Taste like they are 1-2 days old. They couldn't tell me when the chips were made. I had watched the commercials and saw the chili lime chips as they peak my interest in trying them. I asked the female employee if I could have a sample of the chips to see if I like them. She replied that they don’t give samples. And I asked her are they really that good, and she replied, yeah but we don’t give samples. Surprise hit me and I walked away. I concluded that the employee didn’t know if I was looking to buy dinner for my employees, friends etc. She arbitrarily shut down revenue for the sake of a couple of chips. I’m curious if her approach is company policy?🧐
