- CCclaire4 days ago3.0Paid 15 dollars plus a 2 dollar tip for a tiny burrito. I'm still hungry after eating. Had a bear of a time trying to pick up my food cause people are clearly camped out in the pickup spots. Food was good and well made and once inside got my food quickly. Portions need to way bigger and price is too high.

- NRnestor romeroMay 18, 20265.0You already know that Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite fast-food spots, but this location in The Heights really stands out. It’s very well located, close to Highway 610, the staff is always friendly, and they usually have all the ingredients available, which doesn’t always happen at every Chipotle. The place stays clean and the service is usually fast, so I definitely recommend it. The only downside is that parking is pretty limited, and the spots are better suited for compact cars, so it can be a little uncomfortable if you drive a truck or a larger vehicle. They could also improve the outdoor seating area to make it more comfortable and enjoyable, especially considering how great the location is.

This location literally has 1/5 (or smaller) of parking compared to the smallest of other Chipotles…. Clearly customer parking and convenience is NOT a priority for Chipotle…. This Is Not Hospitality Industry/Retail Standards… Also, the staff is friendly, but all locations need to work on listening skills when making someone’s food.
