  Haven’t had chipotle in a while and I remembered why after today why I prefer Qdoba. The employees act like it’s their food why be stingy. U get one scoop of everything I get that but if it’s gone be one scoop make sure it a full scoop. The nerve to charge extra for the queso which ain’t the issue the issue u was scooped a small portion as if she paid for it. If im paying for it with my money extractive me the extra. Every chipotle I ever went to has been so stingy it makes no sense . Store was dirty a customer service sucked they look liked they didn’t wanna be at work . Working with mad faces on. Food was ok 6/10 at best

  La atención delas personas de la línea pésima actitud, el lugar tenía agua en el piso y ningún señalamiento y muy sucio definitivamente no regresó a esta locación

  To say I had a bad experience is an understatement. I walked in at 3:50pm and waited at the serving counter no one was infront of me for literally 15 mins there was not Chicken,Steak,beef all the meat containers were empty when the staff finally severed me I then waited 5 mins at the cash register while the manager was sitting doing nothing “saying I’m waiting for another manager to get here so I can leave to fellow staff” took over 30 mins worst chipotle employees,experience I’ve ever had.

  Imagine no one is line, and they are prioritizing online orders instead of you. It’s currently 6pm on 6/8/26 and I am looked at like a dear in head lights. The new girl, which I can tell did say I am sorry after waiting a while but I would assume her peers would have assist. They did not. I am truly worried about this location, I have lived here for 3 years and seen employees and management turn. Someone who I well known in the community all I could do was shake my head as this is what “customer service” is now a days. No urgency for members no accountability, no proper training. I am truly sorry chipotle but this location needs your assistance. They would rather talk to each other in the back versus helping a member with no wait time. Please do better for your future clients. I only show face for convenience however that shall stop soon.

  I haven't been to Chipotle in 14 years. Decided to give it a shot 2 weeks ago because I ran out of prep for the week. Asked for Double chicken, lettuce, fajitas and pico that's it. No cheese, no rice, or beans nothing. Was charged $4.86 I by the employees, what a great price for chicken right? I run out again and need quick chicken again so I come in today May, 21 2026 around 9pm. Same order because I figured the price would be the same and it's all I need. Lady at the register stated it was $14.86 because of the chicken? I try to explain my transaction clearly noticing she's not listening to tell me - "yeah double chicken". I say sorry I guess I paid $4 the last time and just pay to leave. I quickly realized I shouldn't have paid for the food on the drive home and became even more irritated when I got home and saw a empty bowl with a pinch of lettuce. The one star goes to the employees who took care of me and made me come back; but I'll never come back to any chipotle establishment and I still can't believe I didn't go back for a refund.
