  “I was very disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. My salad contained lettuce with mold on it, which is completely unacceptable. Food safety should always be a top priority. I immediately lost my appetite and was concerned that this made it onto my plate. I hope management takes food quality and freshness more seriously to prevent this from happening to other customers.”

  Rating: 1 Star Title: Absolutely unacceptable catering experience — Do NOT use for corporate events! I recently spent $493.77 on a catered luncheon for 20 aerospace executives, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered the "Build Your Own: Triple" intended to serve 20 people, plus the Queso Blanco Chips & Dips to serve 15. We were delivered a comical and embarrassing disproportion of food. We received a massive amount of rice, beans, and queso, but only one small container each of chicken, carnitas, and steak to feed 20 adults. Worse, the tortillas provided were entirely unusable: Total of 6 usable shells for 20 guests. Out of 10 crispy shells, 4 were broken, and the 10 soft flour tortillas delivered were completely frozen. Even our DoorDash driver was embarrassed and called his own dispatch for help. With our meeting starting in 40 minutes and 20 guests waiting to eat, our Office Manager, Operations Manager, and myself (the CEO) spent 20 minutes trying to get a Chipotle representative on the phone. When I finally reached someone, their actual response to this disaster was, "What do you want me to do?" In the end, our guests just snacked on chips and left dissatisfied. I assure you, none of the 20+ guests in that room will ever order from Chipotle again. I will NEVER use Chipotle for personal or professional needs again, and I highly recommend you take your catering business elsewhere.

  I ordered the chicken hard shell tacos loaded with grilled vegetables, pico de gallo, sour cream, lettuce, and the cilantro sauce. Earlier in the week I had ordered almost the exact same meal from another Chipotle location, but with the Honey Chipotle Chicken instead of the regular chicken. It didn't take long for me to realize I had made the wrong protein choice—or at least that I needed to add some salsa or another topping to boost the flavor. Compared to my previous order, these tacos just didn't have the same bold taste. About halfway through my meal, I also noticed the cheese had been left off my order, which definitely didn't help. Even though I didn't enjoy this meal as much as my first Chipotle experience, I still appreciated the freshness of the ingredients. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help throughout my visit. I'll definitely be back. Next time I'll either stick with the Honey Chipotle Chicken or make sure to add toppings that really pack in the flavor. Sometimes a meal is just one ingredient away from being a winner! 😂
