  The service received from the short older Hispanic lady starting the orders was not the best. She was moody, and annoyed by taking my order. I was requesting fresh fajita since the last bit of meat was left in the container. They were low on almost every meat and toppings. I asked her for fresh fajita- she stated we aren’t making any right now. I requested fresh chicken and she asked me to wait, so I did. The veggies had just been restocked and the guacamole I received was the last of it. The person I was with asked for extra meat and she was lectured that the portion servings are 2 ounces. Also they had a lot of backed up dishes!! Not sure we’ll be coming back to this location.

  Placed an order on the chipotle app at 6:55 pm. The third party delivery company did not get anyone to chipotle until 8:40pm. I had that person ask them to remake the food - since at this point it had been sitting for almost two hours. Staff in the store who gave the name of Marlyn refused saying they didn’t make it at 6:55 they made it at 730 so I had to take the food that had been sitting for an hour and a half. I asked the door dash person to explain to her by the time I got the food it would have been made well over two hours ago .. she still refused. Terrible service from a chipotle I’ve been going to for over a decade and now won’t return.

  Food was great! I had a large order and they still had me walking out of the door in less that 10 minutes during the 6pm rush!!

  I’m extremely disappointed with this location. It consistently appears dirty, and I genuinely don’t understand how difficult it is to simply wipe down the counters. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, not an afterthought. I visited on 4/24 around 10:00 PM, and the service was just as disappointing. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, which immediately set the tone. On top of that, the chicken in my bowl was so overwhelmingly salty that I had to remove it just to finish my meal. Overall, the staff came across as rude and uninterested, as if they didn’t want to be there at all. Customer service and food quality both fell far below expectations. I strongly encourage others to read reviews before visiting—this location is simply not worth it.

  Every single table is dirty . People.just standing around , ask them to clean tables so we could seat they just looked at each other and looked away . Disappointing today's generation
