  Love the flavors. Construction is often hit or miss and the place is high traffic so always a bit disheveled.

  Bro, I walked into this Chipotle for an Uber Eats pickup and the place was absolutely packed. People everywhere, the line moving, orders coming in nonstop, and the crew working like crazy. I looked at the crowd and immediately thought, "Yeah, I'm gonna be here for a while." Nope. Walked in, gave them the order information, and got my delivery order almost instantly. That's what impressed me the most. Anybody can move fast when a restaurant is empty. Keeping orders moving efficiently when the place is this busy and bustling is a completely different story. The crew here deserves serious credit. They're quick, organized, and clearly know how to handle a rush without making customers and delivery drivers wait forever. As an Uber Eats driver, bro, this is exactly what you want to see. Get in, get the order, and get back on the road. Busy place. Fast crew. Great organization. Respect where it's earned. Keep it moving, bro.

  I used to visit this location regularly, but I stopped coming because the customer service steadily declined and some employees were consistently rude. Since then, I’ve been going to the Chipotle on Eldridge and Westheimer, where I’ve always had a positive experience with friendly staff and excellent customer service. Today, that location was temporarily closed, so I decided to give this location another chance after about a year. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed why I stopped coming. The employee preparing my bowl didn’t greet me, but I didn’t make an issue of it. However, the checkout experience was much more disappointing. The cashier didn’t greet me either and only told me my total. I had a free chips reward, so I scanned it and asked twice whether it had been applied. She said yes, but she seemed more focused on talking and laughing with her coworkers than assisting customers. When I noticed the price hadn’t changed, I showed her my receipt and explained that the reward hadn’t been applied. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she simply said, “I can’t do anything about that,” and continued arguing with me. Her co workers handed me a bag of chips as a “just go” I didn’t get an apology or anything. As I was leaving, the cashier sarcastically said, “Have a good day,” in an unprofessional tone. I’m not sure what is happening at this location, but the customer service needs significant improvement. Employees should be attentive, respectful, and willing to help resolve simple issues rather than dismissing customers. Unfortunately, this experience has confirmed that I will not be returning to this location. The cashier was a younger African American woman with light skin, freckles, and reddish hair. Her name appeared to start with the letter “Q,” but I couldn’t confirm it because the receipt listed the transaction under the name “Joshua.”

  I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I was genuinely shocked when I opened my pickup order. I redeemed my rewards points for this meal, and the bowl I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The label clearly says double steak, light white rice, mild tomato salsa, medium corn salsa, and lettuce. Instead, I received what was basically steak and rice. There was no tomato salsa, no corn, and no lettuce. If ingredients were unavailable, I would have appreciated being notified rather than receiving an incomplete order. It’s especially disappointing considering I used my rewards points on this purchase. I hope Chipotle does a better job checking pickup orders before handing them out.
