  Poor poor poor customer service. I came in with a friend who's, believe it or not, never eaten Chipotle before so I wanted him to experience it as I have so often. The issue is the young lady who greeted us was in such a rush and looked annoyed with me when I let her know that I would prefer to wait on fresh brown rice vs taking the scraped bottom of what was left. I continued to let my friend order since he wanted white rice, which they ran out of a couple of more orders after him. I tried to slow her down by letting her know it was my friend's first time but it was pointless. Truthfully, I could understand a little if it were slammed but it wasn't even that busy and to top it off they were low and/or running out of multiple items. Sooo all that rushing just for us (the other customers) to have to wait in the end. I moved out of the line and sat on the side while waiting for the brown rice to come out and after it came out, instead of acknowledging me she took everyone else who came in after me to serve them first. Just an unfortunate experience. On the bright side, my friend enjoyed his food!

  We are in the nieghborhood since 17years and Chipotle has been our regular go to place but this lace is total disappointment with rude staff and poor organizing and the portions are half of other locations as if they want to save to make more bowls .We started going to other locations which are far better in service and reasonable portion sizes

  Today was a very busy day at work and I wanted a bowl of Chipotle’s honey chicken. When i got to the restaurant, the line was long due to everyone else having the same idea i guess. Connor was very attentive and on the top of his game and with the help of his fellow coworkers he got the line down in a span of minutes, while cooking and cutting the chicken. In all my times of stopping and getting chipotle, this stood out to me due to the fact that he stayed calm, cool, and collected during the whole thing. For someone his age to manage the long line, cooking/cutting the food, and making meals while staying stoic under pressure, I think yall truly have an amazing employee, and even better person working behind the counter running the show. I hope yall truly value and realize how important he is to the store, and company as a whole. To add the cherry on top, when i complemented him on how he was handling the rush, one of his follow employees said “yeah, he’s really the best.” Which highlights how even his colleagues realize how vital he is. I hope he continues to rise till he has his own store, and maybe corporate. Whether he’s at Chipotle, or even his next step in his career, I know he will succeed because he is an outstanding employee, and an even better person.

  My son and I just left this location and no one wanted to serve us. A black lady with a neck tattoo constantly was at the serving area but didn’t greet us at all. She kept wiping the area down but never asked us what we wanted or anything. The customer service at this location is a joke. Don’t hire people that clearly have no customer service skills or dedication to working. I come here often and I’ve let certain things slide, but this time I made sure to say I don’t come here if you want quality service.

  Very disappointed in this location. I went on a Thursday at 7:30pm. The staff didn’t great me or say anything when I walked up to the counter. I asked for a bowl to go and when I looked at the line the beans looked like they had been there since they opened. There was maybe a scoop of dried looking steak and barely some chicken. No other meat was out and they were out of fajita veggies. I asked if they were cooking some more and the girls said no. I left. The food is already expensive and during what should have been a dinner rush they had no food out and what was out looked dried up. I’ve been to this location many times but never this bad.
