  Chick-fil-A no matter what store I’ve been to I they always give you a pleasant experience. The customer service is outstanding. Please keep up the good work Chick-fil-A don’t be like Jack in the Box McDonald’s, Burger King, and all the other trash stores

  Bro, you gotta train your employees to call out the names of the orders when they’re ready I legit saw an employee put a bag down. They whispered something that was in Audible from like less than 5 feet away from the counter where I was standing straight up when the DoorDash order was ready, and when my order was ready, they whispered both of the names nobody could hear what was called out. I saw the bag sit there for a little bit and then I finally had an employee welcome to me up after about five minutes asking me if I needed anything I asked is there an order for XYZ? They turned around and grabbed it, which was right by a drink machine, not being kept warm. This location is great because the food is awesome. It’s just like the employees need to wake up and get their morning coffees or something because it seems like they put like no effort into calling any of the names out. It’s like one of the most frustrating things going to any chicken spot like Wingstop will put a bag on the counter and you’ll be staring at it cause it’s the only order there and you’re the only person there they won’t call out your name and then it’ll just sit there. And Employee finally addresses you and then you get some lukewarm food. All because an employee was too shy or afraid to say XYZ order is ready! Like come on guys I literally am half deaf. Only one of my ears works. You’ve got to call out the orders.

  I came during kids eat free promotion. Beyond packed, went inside since drive through was really long. Obviously inside was also busy. But honestly I kinda knew it was going to be a little chaotic when you have so many people to serve. It took me in total 10 minutes to order and get the food. I am extremely impressed by the coordination from the entire team and the general manager even working with his team. I would now come to this Chick-fil-A more often than the other one near me just because of the spectacular performance from the entire team. Great job
