    Good morning, I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant this morning. My pregnant wife placed a breakfast order at approximately 10:15 AM, before the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff. Since the order was submitted before breakfast ended, I assumed I would be able to pick it up without issue. I arrived at the restaurant and was standing at the cash register by approximately 10:40 AM. At that point, the cashier informed me that the order could not be made. She appeared uncertain and asked a manager for assistance. The manager, a woman wearing a mask, responded in front of me, “Can’t make it, won’t make it, can’t do it,” and walked away without addressing me directly. Another team leader then explained that because I had not “checked in” by 10:30 AM, the order could not be fulfilled. When I tried to clarify that the order had already been placed before the cutoff, I was interrupted and asked again whether I had checked in. After I answered no, she replied, “Exactly,” and spoke under her breath in a way that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. What was especially disappointing is that no one offered any alternative. At no point did anyone ask if I would like to substitute the breakfast items for lunch items or place a different order. Instead, the order was canceled without anyone informing me directly. I only learned it had been canceled after the fact, and no manager took the time to explain what had happened. I understand that restaurants have policies and time limitations. My concern is not that breakfast was unavailable, but the dismissive and disrespectful manner in which I was treated. I was simply trying to satisfy my pregnant wife’s cravings, and the interaction left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. One of the reasons I have always appreciated Chick-fil-A is the consistently courteous customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope this feedback is shared with the management team so future guests are treated with more kindness and professionalism, even when an order cannot be fulfilled. Thank you for your time.

    My mom has Huntington’s disease and is disabled. She was at this Chick-fil-A location when her paid Uber Eats order was delivered directly to her. While she briefly stepped away, employees took her food and refused to return it when she tried to explain the situation. They kept demanding a pickup PIN even though this was clearly a delivery order, and would not listen to my sister who was on the phone trying to clarify everything. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they escalated it, and my mom who is visibly sick and struggles in heat was forced outside while trying to deal with it. We already contacted customer service and filed a complaint, but I’m leaving this review because I feel the situation was handled without care or patience toward a vulnerable customer. I hope this gets reviewed seriously so something like this doesn’t happen again.

    This used to be a GOOD chick fil a. Not sure what changed maybe management. But on Friday May 1st around 3:37pm I placed an app order for pick up through drive thru. Line was super long but that’s expected. I did think about stopping by the one on gulf freeway but the service has always been top tier at wayside, until that day. I received my order and didn’t even check to see if all food was inside because the peeps on outside was directing traffic rushing and directing me to leave so line would move fast. But if one thing about this location was that I could trust my order was correct and nothing missing always with my eyes closed. Anyways I must add it was raining horribly and after a 20min drive home in the rain and hungry teens waiting for me to arrive I realized my chicken wrap was missing. The yogurt was there the rest of the food was there but not my chicken wrap. I was not about to drive back to the restaurant in the rain for a chicken wrap. Instead I called and each time I called they would pick up and hang up that same second. Finally they answered and before I could even speak they said “please hold” and had me on hold for 30min. All I wanted was a refund for the chicken wrap. But of course that didn’t happen. This used to be the best chick fil a around south east but not anymore.

    I visit this location often because it’s close to my home. Went in to get an eight count meal today. The breading was molded under the chicken. Drove my order all the way back after calling the manager on the phone. The manager inspected my chicken and pulled it all the way apart like I was lying about some molded chicken or I’m gonna bring back an eight dollar order only wanted to give me half of my refund for some molded food very disappointing, but I don’t think we’ll be back visiting this location cause customer service is everything. I spent too much money at this Chick-fil-A on a weekly basis to be treated like that.
