- PSPerry SmithMay 1, 20261.0I’m tired of paying for food at chick-fil-a and hoping that they make the food right, only to come home and see trash like this. This company is consistently giving out bad product, they don’t care about the quality of their food. All of the kitchens are filled with employees who aren’t properly managed. This place sold me undercooked nuggets that weren’t breaded and were not even hot. As a lifelong Chick-fil-A fan, I will now NEVER eat at Chick-fil-A ever again because I am sick of paying for terrible food and wasting my money. Next time I want chicken, I will go to Popeyes, KFC, raising Cane’s, Frenchys, Dave’s, Main Bird, Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings or MCDONALDS because even their chicken McNuggets are better than this trash. Your staff needs to be retrained and you need a new management team, particularly at night.

I am visiting Houston for a short vacay and googled for a Chick-fil-A close to My Hotel in the Energy Corridor..a short one mile walk.

I really appreciate the owner, James Decola, and the entire team for consistently creating such a welcoming and clean environment. I’m currently pregnant, and honestly, the rewards program with free delivery has been a total lifesaver for me. It makes things so much easier, and I’m so grateful for that extra convenience.
