  This is by far the worst chicken-fil-a I have ever experienced. I work all over Houston and chicken-fil-a is my to go spot. I’m currently stationed not far from this location and it’s 3 times today they got something in my order wrong. It’s unheard of. Go see for your self if you don’t believe. “I told you so”

  My large fries ? I swear to my religion this is large fries they gave me ? It’s not even full , it’s like medium size, i didn’t eat anything yet, this is how they gave me , 2 times already. Hope your guys can improve this cause i remember it supposed to full of cup

  Sorry This location has Piss Poor Food, Service , and Management. I have been to this location on several occasions and the Food is never Hot and never Fresh, I received cold food before, and complained to the manager on duty and he said would replace my meal but when I returned they only gave me the Fries that were hot but not fresh, I didn’t complain, I just went to different locations for about a Year. On May 4th I ordered a salad that tasted as if it had been made late the day before that had warm salad greens and Toppings and Lukewarm Chicken , Your Prices Are not the most economical and you have no Value Menu, Branden Gibson at least you could care enough to Train your Employees properly and ensure that they are executing their duties correctly. But no Worries I want waist time returning to this Location

  Some days I go here, this location is okay, others, the employees prioritize socialization with each other over everything else. The employee taking your order does not pay enough attention to correctly take your order, and the people at the window do not acknowledge you further than asking your name, they do not say thank you, my pleasure, have a nice day, anything, and they do not give you napkins when ordering a sandwich and fries, which is incredibly inconvenient. I ordered two spicy sandwiches and one wasn't spicy, and both of our lemonades were so watered down they might as well be colored water.

  Every time I come to this location, there’s always an issue. Even when there are only a few cars in line, the wait is unnecessarily long. I end up wasting more gas sitting in the drive-thru than actually driving. On top of that, if the wait is going to be that long, the food should at least be fresh. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing, and I’m very unsatisfied.
