Fries were clearly overcooked and the sandwich was horrible! The chicken was either NOT freshly cooked and had been sitting there OR they left it cooking way too long! The only good thing I experienced was the server outside who took my order. Once I got to the window they were playing and joking around and not very attentive to people driving thru. Clearly, management is not on top of things. I’ve been here a few times and the food has been the same both times. I will not be patronizing this location again as the food is bad. And you usually cannot go wrong with CFA, but don’t go to this location if you want your food fresh and NOT burnt!

It honestly feels like there has been a big change, and it’s nothing like the Chick-fil-A experience I’m used to. The first issue happened in the drive-thru. I clearly told the employee I only wanted the sandwich, not the meal, but he rushed through my order without listening. When I got to the window, they handed me a drink, and I realized I had been charged for the meal instead of just the sandwich. I didn’t have time to deal with a refund, so I just accepted it. What bothered me even more was how rude the employee was. He walked away without saying anything or letting me know someone else would take my payment. I was left sitting there wondering what was going on until another employee finally came over. A few days later, I placed an online order, and it was wrong. Instead of my grilled nuggets, I received someone else’s mac and cheese. Today was the final straw. I placed a curbside order for just five nuggets and a drink. I waited in the curbside parking spot for 20–30 minutes, and no one ever brought my order out. I even called the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered the phone. It wasn’t about the money or the fact that I could have gone through the drive-thru to ask for my order. The whole point of choosing curbside is to have the food brought to your car. That service was completely ignored. After several bad experiences in a row, I’ve lost confidence in this location. Chick-fil-A has always been known for outstanding customer service, but this restaurant no longer reflects those standards. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
