I think we just have so much faith in them but they acted like I was crazy when I asked for it like they didn't know it was apart of my order. It wasn't a busy time so I was a bit shocked. This Chick fil a isn't my normal one.. had to stop for the hungry kiddo on the way to where we were going so I happened to check my order but normally I just go on about my day thinking oh they never mess up. Mistakes happen but especially in a slow time they should pay attention a little more. Plus the cones were terrible ... Obviously they were like oh hurry get it to them. Barely any ice cream on them. Bummer! Main reason we go is their ice dream cones! Maybe we will stop again sometime soon and try again!

Then end other worker shows up ask if everything ok I said yes few minutes later other worker remove trash all interaction inside the restaurants. I not happy this location pushing customers. I'm not going back again I had better experience with Jack in Box next door. I'm not in a car rush out.

The app wasn't allowing me to finish up the curbside pickup info. I had to get out of the van and go inside, they hadn't press the button to receive the order and have it ready upon pickup. I had spoken to the crew manage and she was very gracious and apologized for the 17 minute delayed. She had gifted us another order of cookies.
