My kids eat here at least twice a week, so this is based on repeated experiences not a one-time issue. Orders are consistently wrong. There’s little to no attention to detail, and even the simplest add-ons are missed regularly. At this point, you have to check everything before leaving or expect to drive back to get it fixed. On my most recent visit, I ended up making multiple trips there and back because the order was wrong again. After all that time and gas, I was offered a $0.76 refund for the missing item. That doesn’t even begin to cover the inconvenience of driving back and forth, especially with gas prices being what they are. I also spoke with the assistant director, Tyler, and the response felt completely dismissive. There was no real effort to resolve the issue beyond that minimal refund, and no accountability for the repeated mistakes. If this is the level of management and quality control, it explains why the experience has been so consistently poor. This location is no longer worth the time, money, or frustration.
