I have been given the wrong order at the drive through here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I have been very clear- no sugar in my tea please...... that seems to be out of the scope of their services. no egg on my sandwich - guess what I got. Twice. Please listen to your customers. I will not be back to this store.

Manteralynn &’ J. D were great. Helpful through and overall pleasant demeanors. One employee just completely ruined the experience for me. I asked a very simple question about whether cucumber and roasted red peppers were included together, and she responded with unnecessary attitude instead of just clarifying. If you don’t know, say you don’t know and ask someone who does. There’s no reason to take out your either incompetent or disgruntled spirit on a customer. She slammed my food onto the pickup counter continuing her ridiculous charade. With all the side rap to top it off …..somehow the sandwich was still made incorrectly despite me clearly listing each topping individually per stank stanks request. The attitude was bad enough, but getting the order wrong on top of it made the whole interaction even more comically ridiculous. I mentioned everything to the manager, who said unphased and indifferent she would address it. Shortly afterward, I saw her doing what appeared to be the opposite but idk so maybe my concern wasn’t taken very seriously. Everyone else was pleasant, but that interaction was enough for me to say I won’t be returning.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service is awful the worst i’ve had in many years. I waited outside for 12 minutes for a singular sandwich after watching another person get their order in 5 minutes. I finally decided to go inside and the lady working at the register was laughing after I went inside to grab my order after waiting so long. They didn’t even bother to throw the sauce in the bag. Will be back for a refund tomorrow.

I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for 20 years and visit this location regularly, often 3–4 times per week. Until September 14, 2026, I had always had a positive experience with Ricardo, the manager, and the regular team. What happened that morning with Tim Pope was completely unacceptable and the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. At approximately 9:00–9:11 a.m., my coworker and I stopped for a quick breakfast while working. We had a work truck and trailer parked near the restaurant. We are on a strict schedule and normally eat and leave within about 15 minutes. While we were sitting down eating food we had already purchased, Tim Pope approached us aggressively regarding the truck and trailer. Instead of professionally explaining the concern or politely asking us to move, he raised his voice, stood extremely close to us, acted intimidating, began taking our paid food, and demanded that we leave in front of employees and customers. We did not yell, threaten him, or insult him. We simply explained that we were eating breakfast and would be leaving shortly. His aggressive behavior continued. I asked to speak with Ricardo, who has always treated us professionally and has known us as regular customers for years. Tim Pope repeatedly and loudly stated that he was Ricardo’s boss, over and over, in a way that came across as arrogant and disrespectful. When I told Tim Pope that I would contact corporate and leave a negative review, he essentially responded, “Go ahead, I don’t care,” although the actual language he used was much more vulgar and disrespectful. His attitude made it very clear to me that he did not care about the review, corporate, or how we were being treated. Chick-fil-A should take that seriously. This is a company known for hospitality, courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Tim Pope showed none of those qualities. His behavior was aggressive, humiliating, intimidating, and completely out of line for someone representing Chick-fil-A in a position of authority. I also felt that the way we were treated may have been discriminatory. I cannot claim to know what was in his mind, but I can absolutely describe how the interaction felt, and I believe that concern deserves a serious investigation. I strongly encourage Chick-fil-A corporate and the restaurant operator to review the surveillance footage from approximately 8:45–9:30 a.m. Review the interior cameras, exterior cameras showing our truck and trailer, the refund transaction, and speak privately with the employees who witnessed what happened. I also encourage management to review previous customer complaints and reviews involving Tim Pope. If there are similar complaints regarding aggressive, disrespectful, intimidating, or discriminatory treatment, Chick-fil-A needs to determine whether there is a pattern. Employees should also be interviewed privately and without Tim Pope present so they can speak honestly about how they are treated without fear of retaliation or intimidation. This review is NOT directed at Ricardo or the regular staff. Ricardo and the majority of the employees at this location have always treated us respectfully. My complaint is specifically about Tim Pope and how he handled this situation. A paying customer should not sit down for breakfast and be yelled at, intimidated, publicly embarrassed, have paid food taken away, and be ordered out by someone who refuses to communicate professionally. Tim Pope’s behavior was not leadership, customer service, or professionalism. It was an abuse of authority and an embarrassment to the standards Chick-fil-A claims to represent. I expect Chick-fil-A to review the cameras, speak with employees, examine prior complaints, and take this matter seriously. A company’s values only matter when the people representing it are actually held accountable to them.
