  I have had such great experiences at this local chick fil a. The service is always top notch and the attendants go above and beyond. While everyone is so amazing here I have had the pleasure of Anthony H. Serving me a few times and he has been so memorable and kind. Live laugh love chick fil a.

  I stopped last week to pick up my mobile order and I had two orders of the 30 nuggets meals plus a couple of sandwiches when I got home home I only had one of the 30 nuggets meals I did call the store and talked to Sophia the manager she did offer me a refund or to go back another day so I said I’ll just come back another day. I did mobile order today and I asked for my last week order and they only offered the nuggets not the whole meal even I asked for ((Sophia)) and she said no . I was very disappointed from a chick fila staff especially The management team

  This location is not customer service friendly. Apparently Rusty, restaurant operator, is too busy to be bothered to speak with. Had a poor experience. Online order. Went through drive-thru and was ignored. Had to call location while in the drive-thru to get assistance. Manager on duty was trash. Went in today to speak with Rusty, got runaround from a manager.

  I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this experience was disappointing. I went to pick up a celebratory meal for my wife after she had just given birth—she’s a big fan, so I wanted it to be special. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as expected. At the drive-thru, they told me they had put the wrong food in my bag and asked me to wait, which I appreciated them correcting. However, when they brought out the “correct” order, they brought the food out in their hand instead of in a bag, then took the bag I already had, reached inside, removed the wrong items, and replaced them with the new ones right there. With no gloves and touching my fries and other food. The hospital is only about 5 minutes away, so the food definitely shouldn’t have been cold—but by the time I got back to my wife, it was. The bag wasn’t even warm, which made it pretty clear it had been sitting out. It was especially disappointing given the occasion. I understand mistakes happen, but the handling of the situation and the quality of the food really took away from what was supposed to be a special moment.
