    This location is closest to my house and I go here an embarrassing amount of times so I LOVE it clearly! Just went at 8:15ish am today and I understand it’s raining and no one wants to work when it’s so bleh out. However, the girl/woman who handed me my food demonstrated no customer service skills to me. The people taking the order did a fantastic job- super friendly and very cfa mentality. I only say this because I used to be a cfa employee FOH so I KNOW how employees should act. I stopped at the stop sign like I always do so I don’t block the space if they need to run food to someone parked etc. She waves me up in such an offputting way. She says “my name” and hands me my food- no eye contact and no smile and no other words said. She continues her conversation with her coworker. She’s having a great conversation with him so it doesn’t appear that she’s having a bad day as I would excuse that completely! The human connection is what sets CFA apart from other fast food places! Please at least say “hi!” to your guests!

    I’d like to share my experience. Every time I place a mobile order at this Chick-fil-A, my order is not ready when I arrive. I usually end up waiting 8–10 extra minutes, and it makes me late for work. I thought ordering through the app was supposed to save time and make pickup faster. It also seems like they may need to hire more staff, especially during busy hours, because the team always looks overwhelmed. I hope this location can improve the timing and organization for mobile orders.

    I visited this location for my first fast food meal following birth of baby. My husband and I ordered in the drive thru and the person taking the order messed our order up. We ordered nuggets and they were not included in our meal. When we got to the window and realized the order never included the nuggets, we alerted the employee and they basically wanted to charge us for their mess up. I spoke with the manager and they were not willing to provide great customer service and provide the nuggets, so we decided to just leave. We do not plan to return to this location and really hope they improve their customer service.

    False advertising and communicating misinformation regarding teacher appreciation week. Called in advance spoke with a rep Stated yes they are offering promo via app. Drives to location all the representatives are clues less after just called. Then stated it was the previous day. Best if the company and location staff are all in the know and speaking the same language regarding promotions! Waste of time Disappointed

    I’ve never had a bad experience here. They didn’t ring up my whole order that I asked for so I had to ask for it at the window. They handles it but then I realized they didn’t ring up the correct salad I wanted and gave me the wrong dressing. They even gave me sides of granola and almonds for my Cobb salad? I also ordered a sandwich meal and they put the incorrect cheese. At that point I did not want to turn back around. I was not happy with my experience at this location. They didn’t even give me condiments for my sandwich meal. Or utensils for the salad
