- BBBrewillMay 4, 20261.0My job is close to this location, it’s literally in walking distance but at times I drive. Every time I walk or drive to this location on my lunch break which is between the lunch rush my food is ALWAYS cold and old. How? There’s always a line in the drive thru and a line inside, but some how when I get my food it’s never fresh like at other locations. Why? It’s like they anticipate the lunch rush when they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am and make several batches at once and just serve. My chicken sandwich and chicken tenders are ice cold, the fries are luke warm and hard, my strawberry hibiscus drink made with lemonade taste watered down. I’ve given this location chance after chance hoping the freshness of the food would improve like at other locations, but quality seems to keep getting worse. Such a disappointment. Please do better!

I ordered breakfast and when I bit into my chicken biscuit, the inside of the chicken was visibly undercooked pink and not fully done. This is a serious food safety issue, not just a quality issue. Eating undercooked chicken can make someone sick, so it was honestly alarming to see. I hope this location takes food preparation more seriously moving forward. I’ve never experienced this before here, but it definitely made me question the consistency.

- ABAngelica BaldazoApr 11, 20261.0Never had I had problems here today was a first . The young girl in drive-through seemed a little off . I had to repeat my order 4 times ! When I got to the front I noticed my drinks were medium so I told the girl in the front I asked for large . She kind of smiled and told the guy making the drinks . And I clearly heard them saying that it wasn’t the first etc . Then the young lady went out came back and said she talked to the girl and said I messed up the order and they were all saying we are both wrong etc . Then she said one was a Diet Coke I said nooo I clearly told her no after she repeated the order they were all 3 cokes with 2 limonada and they continue to talk about me . I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t hear them but very unprofessional to talk about paying customers. I definitely won’t be returning to this location
