She got upset because I asked the lady who handed me my order for condiments and she said oh I should’ve asked for the condiments at the counter, but the lady who handed me the condiments didn’t mind that I asked her for the condiment. She said sure here you go, so I’m just trying to see what’s the issue with me asking somebody else for extra condiments That was rude and uncalled for.

I asked for a kids meal and I was only asked about the drink. I had to be the one indicating what side, what type of nuggets and what toy/dessert I wanted. Am I the only one that expects to go in order of the selection of things such us: what type of entree, what side, what drink, toy/ice cream? I would think it should be standard. I would suggest to please train the staff for people like me who might not know the menu by memory for a good service. Also we were not given straws for the shakes, I wonder how are we supposed to drink it. By the time we are able to I assume it will be melted and worthless. Unacceptable.

Make sure you check it before you drink it because this is a third time that I ordered a gallon, and it has things floating in it, which is mold because he grows mold starting after 30 minutes. And that’s unknown fact because it’s sitting out in the heat, and when I confronted the gentleman about it, he had the nerve and the audacity to tell me that it’s normal in the tea to have Floaties, so be very careful takeoff. Your leads look at your tea. Cause to the plane eye. It looks like Phone bubbles, but it’s not Phone bubbles. It’s bacteria growing not apologetic, not anything. Just we can bring you some more if you want.
