I placed an order for my work crew at 8:42 a.m. on October 14, 2026. I called sometime after 9 a.m. and requested that it be ready for pickup at 11:30 a.m. The young lady I spoke with assured me that would be no problem. When I arrived at 11:30, the order was not ready, and I was left waiting a long time. I work in a plant, and our crew only has 30 minutes for lunch. That is exactly why I called ahead to confirm the pickup time. My request should have been noted and communicated to the team. If they could not have it ready by that time, they should have told me when I called. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed little consideration for our time. I would have canceled, but my crew was already counting on this food. I will not be ordering from this location again.

However, when the salad arrived I asked him to wait so I can inspect it. The blue cheese was barely there, no strawberries, and barely any apple. He says we ran out of strawberries. This is a $10 salad! You can see from pictures I paid for lettuce. So freaking upset. A piece of advice, visit the Kirby location to learn how a market salad should be prepared.
