  The cashier was very polite and helpful. The bathroom had a code to use that is printed on your receipt, but I wanted to go while I waited for my food. I've never seen that at other locations, but understand the need from seeing all the people in the area who didn't appear to have a place to go to escape the heat. It took a couple of codes to get it right. The other staff didn't seem interested in helping. My grilled nuggets were burnt and I didn't get a fork in my togo bag. Not the quality I'm used to getting.

  So much for excellence I. Customer service. I requested a plastic bag to put my drinks in, and the manager told me no, because they're too expensive to give out

  Today I passed through this place, but I had a bad service, the people who work there were very rude, supposedly they close at 9, I spent 5 minutes and they practically ran us from the place, the manager said that we had to go, we asked for ONLY 5 minutes so that we could at least finish eating our food and they procceded to still kick us out.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A location (430 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX). I ordered a #1 Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with gluten-free buns and added pepper jack cheese. I was charged extra for both, which I didn’t mind. However, no one informed me that gluten-free orders come completely deconstructed. Everything was given separately (chicken, buns, lettuce, tomato), and the cheese I paid for was missing. When I went back inside, I asked if they could fix it or assemble the sandwich, but I was told they couldn’t because it was gluten-free. I then asked to switch to regular buns. There was a price difference, and I was offered a cookie. I politely declined and asked for fries instead (even offering to pay the difference), but the employee seemed frustrated and kept pushing the cookie. As a customer, I should be able to choose what I want without feeling pressured. To top it off, the restrooms were locked. Hope management takes the time to better train staff on communication, especially when it comes to dietary accommodations and customer service. This experience did not reflect the customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.   While still a Chick-fil-A the service here on certain days falls below what I normally see at other Chick-fil-A locations. The one further down 1960 or the one up 45 by louetta has better customer service. It’s the little things
