I arrived 10 minutes after 5 and was denied. I didn't know Chick-fil-a could only strictly spare 2 hours of the day to appreciate teachers of the area, I feel appreciated, not. Was looking forward to a deal like this but was not given any grace, teachers got to work on their classrooms and drive in traffic you know, a 2 hour window starting from before even the school day ends is just unreasonable.

One cashier consistently mispronounces my name even after I’ve corrected her multiple times. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a mistake it feels intentional, especially when it’s followed by laughter. On top of that, this is now the second time I’ve had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a mobile order that was already marked as ready. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Getting a customer’s name right and having orders ready on time are basic expectations, not extras. The current experience feels dismissive and unprofessional. If this is the standard here, I won’t be returning.
