I love Chick-fil-A. I love your breakfast menu and your new jalapeno ranch club. But your night shift team tonight was really disappointing. I came through the drive-thru to order a cobb salad and the employee asked what sauce I wanted. I turned around briefly to ask my wife since I was ordering for her, but before I could even ask her the employee repeated “what sauce would you like?” three times, each time louder than the last and not even a second apart. By the third time, he was practically yelling into the microphone. I thought it was rude, but I ignored it since it was late and I figured he must have been tired after a long day. But then it happened again when I got to the payment window. The cashier asked for the name on the order and since the first employee never asked for my name, I responded with “cobb salad” so it would be easier to identify the order. The cashier then laughed and sarcastically said “that’s a nice name.” When I received my order and was about to leave, I could see the employee talking to another coworker and laughing about the situation. I understand it was late at night, but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with being friendly and welcoming, which is why this experience surprised me. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time because I live nearby and I’ve always had positive experiences. However, this interaction left such a bad impression that I do not plan on returning. I hope management can address this with the team and provide better customer service training.

Service and food great but I was highly disappointed that they did not participate in Teacher Appreciation week considering they are in the middle of two large districts that patronize their business frequently.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location that really caught me off guard, especially given the company’s reputation for friendly service. The drive-through staff completely missed the mark. The younger Hispanic male with glasses taking orders in the drive-through lane came across as argumentative and impatient from the start. Instead of listening and helping, he seemed more interested in correcting and talking over me. It felt unnecessarily confrontational for what should have been a simple interaction. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve at the window. The older Hispanic woman working there was just as rude and dismissive. She barely acknowledged what I was saying, brushed off my concerns, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Overall, the entire experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. I left wondering if Chick-fil-A has changed its standards, because this was far from the polite, respectful service they’re known for. Definitely not what I expected, and honestly, not acceptable.
