I took the sandwich back the first time and exchanged it for a sandwich that was better, the first one looked as if it was missing a section of meat. The lady who exchanged the sandwich was friendly and sympathetic and the second sandwich was an improvement, but still didn't seem to have enough chicken meat.

When I tried to put that I had order issues the app told me to go back to the restaurant to fix my issue, like I had the time to just drive back and forth, maybe it’s partially my fault for not checking the bag, but you’re telling me they had more than 15 minutes to make my order and they couldn’t get the sauces right? And no napkins either, what if I had been traveling and eating in my car? Dry food and dirty hands is what I got today, overall just terrible experience and won’t be going back to this location.

When my granddaughter was ordering her food Jacquline was being very rude and snappy with her. Then when I started to order my food she was worse then when I paid she threw the receipt in my hand. And I mentioned to her with a low voice you threw the receipt in my hand and she said no I didn’t and I said yes you did. And she got more sassy and was moving her head around and kept saying no I didn’t and she wouldn’t stop talking. And I told her it was really sad how she’s a manager and she has bad customer service. I really truly hope Brad Munsen can see this review. We have been coming to this restaurant for years since they have been open. And every time it’s a very rude employee. I don’t know why the attitude with customers give the job to someone else who really can appreciate it and needs it. And I will not return ever this this location ever!!!
