I usually have a good experience at this location . But today was just over the top annoying. I paid through the card reader in the drive thru per usual. But this time the card reader takes wayyyy too long. And supposedly doesn’t read even though the iPad says order paid for . So I’m told to go ahead and drive up in which I proceed to . Next cashier says yes it’s paid. Okay I continue to the window. Now I’m at the window 15 mins it’s hot, and now there saying oh it didn’t read . I’m beyond upset at this point. Then I get the food finally the damn salad is withered looks played with like it’s old. And the tea isn’t sweet at all. I didn’t even bother turning around pressing for time Else Where I had to be then ended up having to reschedule because this mishap. Yea yall falling off this was the best location til now

Did a drivethru order today and my total was 39.94 I gave 40.94 and the guy at the window literally gave the girl the change and told her "I'm not counting that". We had to tell him it was a dollar that I get back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location and I think it was the same guy. I personally feel that if you are going to be working with a customer's money that you should know how to do basic math skills and that counting out change shouldn't end with an employee behaving like that.

08/01/2026 I had a disappointing experience with the lady taking orders outside this morning. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get her name because she was wearing a name tag that said “Andres”. She had long, uneven fake eyelash extensions, so management should be able to identify who was working that position. She is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive from the start. Her attitude reflected poorly on the restaurant and created an unpleasant experience before I even reached the window. In contrast, the employee at the window, Claudia, was kind, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. It’s unfair that employees like her have to make up for someone else’s behavior. If an employee doesn’t want to work or is clearly incapable of working a morning shift, they shouldn’t be interacting with customers. Please coach this employee on professionalism, or if this is a recurring issue, consider assigning that position to someone who actually wants to be there. Customer service starts with the first interaction, and this experience fell far below the MINIMUM standard.
