Al principio traté de hacer mi orden escaneando el Qr de la mesa, pero no funcionaba para hacer el pago, fui a la caja para pedir ayuda, con mi pedido, entendí que estaban muy atareados, no hubo quien me tomara el pago, le hablé a una Sra que tenía uniforme de manager y me dijo que no podía que ella se estaba yendo, que hablara con otra… la otra en ese momento no me dio la cara estaba sacando pedidos, me regresé a mi mesa sin el pedido. Luego mi hermano fue, sin la aplicación y lo realizó, al traerlo estaba mal, pedí una delux y me trajeron uno simple, entonces fui y pedí hablar con la manager, ella también atareada, me dijo ok ya se lo cambio. Al recibirlo nuevamente me senté a comer y era picante, nada que ver con mi pedido, ya me quería era ir corriendo y no regresar acá, sin embargo mi hermano volvió nuevamente y lo llevó explicando que no era picante etc, ya había pasado mucho tiempo de espera para comer, comí con mucho desagrado. Una de las políticas de Chik F es el buen trato al cliente. Pero aquí fue terrible todos. Atención al servicio de recursos humanos o a quien compete, esto no debería seguir pasando. Que mal ambiente tiene este lugar hoy.

The first time I went they got my order incorrect which I understand mistakes happen, so when I approached who i believe was one of the managers (an older lady with light brown hair) I let her know I was missing my fries I brought it her the receipt as proof that I did order them though I didn’t receive the fries but instead of helping she walked up to the table I was eating at and snatched the bag and started digging through it, highly unprofessional considering my food was being touched. She simply could have asked me to take out the items. I let her know kindly her actions bothered me as I do not need to steal fries and was willing to show proof…Yet she was cold and rude and went off on me. The second and third visit I advised the same lady I was missing my sauce the second time she REACHED into my car and pulled the bag out I’m typically very shy so I was in shock as I didn’t know what to do. It was extremely inappropriate. The third time (today) she let me know the sauce was in the bag I let her know it was not and based off previous experience with this same lady I got scared bringing it up but thought I did she did not want to give me any sauce until her coworker confirmed he did not put the sauce in my bag. It’s disappointing how other workers will be so nice yet her behavior has been very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me.
