  I went on 5/9/26 around 1:15 to 2:00 and some male workers were just rough playing they even slammed one guy onto the wall (both workers ) staff there was just being way louder than the actual customers ! I went to get a refill of lemonade and the lady’s there were just ignoring me , I was there for a good minute and all the was was just ignoring me , so I just walked away and left ! The lady’s there were just taking and chatting ignoring people and being load ! This is not good customer service won’t be going to this location again ! Manager was seating in the table just ignoring everything and laughing with the workers!

  I requested a bag to put my drinks in, and l was told the franchise owner said they can't anymore. Wow, how cheap are you, that you can't give out a bag costing 1 cent🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  I came to this location 2 days ago and paid for a chicken club sandwich, large waffle fries and hibiscus sprite, the meal was $14.86 I went inside the store and soon as I ordered 2 minutes that or less my food was brought out to me, that was quite odd, what I thought would be a good lunch turned out to be undercooked chicken that was still cold in the middle, the fries were stale because they were cold such as sitting up cause they wanna reduce waist. so I can understand why it took less then the amount of time. All these people care about is speed , they only care about getting the food out ,not ensuring the food is right,overly charging , and wanna get mad when you ask for a refund, I brought the food back and immediately asked for a refund, instead the Spanish lady tried to ask me if I wanted it remade after I just got some messed up food , then they try to refund me 11.95 instead of the 14.86 saying I ain’t bring back the drink. You damn near food poison me with some raw undercooked chicken and complain about me keeping a drink.

  This place can never put the correct amount of sauce mobile thru is supposed to be quick efficient and accurate. Meyerland location is always on point will be continuing my services there!
