Well, they forgot part of my meal today. It took me 20 minutes to log a complaint through their automated service. Can’t imagine much changes until they respond to their Google rating. Beware, check your food before you leave or end up disappointment like me. It can happen to you, too.

Leader on the phone was quick to let me know that my order was picked up and then 2 more dashers tried to pick it up (because clearly the first person never completed my order). Denied any accommodation and directed me to DoorDash (who already cancelled my order). Customer service at Chick Fil A has really gone downhill!

When we contacted the store we immediately got shut down by the employee and kept getting cut off and being told we needed to contact doordash since ordering on the app delivery means this is a third party issue. No clear or genuine apologies were given or even an explanation. --- that would of gone a really long way since it was a funny situation until we contacted the store. Thankfully doordash understood the ridiculous situation and was able to help us out. Please be more mindful and respectful when it comes to addressing issues that completely are your stores fault. This did not need to be dealt with rudeness -- there is alot that a store can't handle when you are using third parties but this is not one of them I hope yall do better going forward
