  I used to come to this location a lot many years ago when I lived in the neighborhood. Haven’t been in a while so I decided to stop by for lunch. Eddie greeted us at the front walk-up window with really great energy. Gave recommendations for the new items on the menu (strawberry cheesecake bites and Philly cheesecake bites) 😍😍 — food is always good, but the service made me want to come bs l to this location.

  Every single time I have eaten at this location they always take too long and always gives the same excuse of having way too many orders claiming there's only one person doing the orders when you got 5-6 guys clearly in the back preparing the meals so stop lying to the people and hire people that work quicker and efficient. I ordered my order at 9:25pm said it would be ready at 9:40pm, I got there late at 10:05 pm and my order still wasn't ready until they finally gave it to me at 10:45, an hour wait while one of the guys were getting some orders quicker to other customers, unacceptable, they need to hire better management and turn this place around cause they do serve great food, they are just always super slow with certain orders

  I was a little undecided about trying the new Philly bites and Eddie was so patient and kind he didn’t rush me at all he’s doing a great job overall I hope he takes my order next time I’m there!

  I reported a complaint to Checkers about this location and the horrible “shift manager” KEITH but they ignored it and never got back to me. However JOSE ESTRADA went above and beyond what he had to do in terms of customer service so I wanted to give him a shout out and an awesome review keep being you JOSE!!! KEITH is the problem at this location.
