To the point: if you're craving some fresh, refreshing, and seriously delicious ceviche, y'all need to check this place out.
We have our usual spots for ceviche and aguachiles—El Pacifico, La Fisheria, Mariscos Ruta 16, Micheladas y Mariscos El Viejo, and La Cruderia—but we decided it was time to try somewhere new. We're glad we did because Ceviche Ria was an awesome surprise.
The place has a welcoming atmosphere, and the owners are incredibly friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about what they're serving, and it definitely shows in the food.
We ordered the mixed aguachile, the coconut fish ceviche, and a pineapple agua fresca. The coconut fish ceviche was hands down our favorite—it was fresh, flavorful, and something a little different from the norm. The pineapple agua fresca tasted “homemade” and was the perfect complement to the meal.
I'm not the best at describing food with fancy foodie terms, but we know good mariscos when we eat them, and this place absolutely delivers. Everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and made with care.
If you're looking to try a new seafood spot, give Ceviche Ria a shot. We left impressed and will definitely be coming back. Come see for yourselves.
