  If you have the opportunity to come across this grocery store Cental Market it’s breath taking. The aesthetic mainly it’s amazing! The sampling every worker offers you throughout the store is welcoming to try new things. It’s a must shopped location.

  Been to central market many times. Its my second time ordering customized cakes from this place. I was disappointed this time though. I spoke to Joanna on the phone regarding a one year old birthday cake with Space Theme. I sent her the images of what I wanted but somehow the picture on the email showed in white she said. I went there in person and spoked to her so she can have a better view of the picture itself. I asked for pale color sky blue and when i picked up the cake it was a mint color. They used too much gold but overall the red velvet flavor was perfect. The first picture im attaching is how i wanted it and the second picture is the one i picked up. They told me $150 over the phone for chocolate moose cake but because I wanted red velvet the price went higher to $180. They aren’t precise over the phone.

  Very disappointed with the shift manager Larry’s lack of compassion and disregard for a loyal customers feelings . I used the Frost ATM which is not owned by HEB BUT it does say HEB on the receipt and I did come into a center market to use the atm so there should be a level of responsibility. The atm said that my card declined gave me a receipt with no reason so I tried again . Same thing so I tried another card . Same error and decline . I get 3 separate receipts all saying $100 was requested but nothing was dispensed . I get a notification from my bank that have withdrawn $200 from the HEB ATM. I have $0 in my hand that was dispensed from the atm . Obviously this is a problem. I ask Patrick a team member walking by and he was helpful enough to locate Larry the shift manager and tell me Larry will meet me at the information desk . I wait for about 7 minutes and Larry arrives with a very annoyed demeanor. Before I can even finish my story he cuts me off and says I can’t help you that’s not our atm . When I am trying to understand what happens next he cuts me off and says “call the 1800 number on the atm , that has nothing to do with me “ I can’t even express my frustration. When I suggest putting a sign on the atm he says “they will take care of it we don’t know if anything is wrong with it “ that’s a insult to my intelligence. I didn’t come here to hang out at the atm and have money taken out of my account with no cash given. I am on hold in the middle of central market on what was supposed to be a quick break . I am disappointed with the lack of customer service in a grocery store that prides itself on being a quality provide and using the motto “here everything’s better “ the customer service is not better. And you can see my previous review about the brown meat in the middle I guess the quality is not better here either .

  I was about to check out with my one item, but the old lady that working at self-check out ran at me and asked me where was the item I purchased because she didn't see it with unprofessional facial expression and the way she spoke to me was kinda rude (assume that she was thinking that I stole it) but I just put in the bag. Hire someone who respect your customer before it's too late for your business.

  Central Market!!!!!! I really don’t know where to start but I’m beyond Happy and full of Joy I placed 2 orders just recently and everything was amazing of course I had to purchase some of the items that’s from my Hometown (NewOrleans) and I have to say they were delicious and the snacks is what did it brought me back to my childhood but I have to say you guys did your big one and I’m proud of you all at Central Market !!!!!!! Thank You for this Big Eats From The Big Easy Really Into The NewOrleans 💛💚💜
