  CAVA is one of my go-to spots when I want something quick, fresh, and actually satisfying. I’ve been here multiple times and it never really misses. My favorites are the Greek Chicken Bowl and the Chicken + Rice Bowl. Both are always solid and packed with flavor. The Greek Chicken Bowl has that really good mix of fresh toppings and seasoning that just hits right every time. The Chicken + Rice Bowl is my comfort pick though. Simple, filling, and still really flavorful without feeling heavy. What I like most about CAVA is how consistent it is. You know exactly what you’re getting and it always tastes fresh. The ingredients feel clean, the portions are good, and you can tell they put effort into building the bowls the right way instead of just throwing things together. The staff is usually pretty quick too, even when they’re busy. It’s one of those places that works great for lunch when you’re on the go but still want something healthy and filling. Overall, CAVA is just a reliable spot. Great bowls, good ingredients, and a lot of variety if you want to switch things up. The Greek Chicken Bowl and Chicken + Rice Bowl are definitely my go-to picks, and I’ll keep coming back for those.

  Cava is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is super friendly. It's my go-to spot for a quick and healthy meal. Emily and Daniel help me out with my food and was really quick with the customer service so really appreciate it and thankful for their help and service

  I have always had a good experience at this cava until today. The rudest workers I have ever met. I ordered a kids meal and asked for the salmon and the cashier said oh you can’t put salmon on a kids meal after they had made my entire bowl. instead of just not charging me because it was their mistake, they charged me 20 dollars for a tiny portion and had me apologize. I have never had worse customer service.
