  It’s my first time being back at a cava and I remember why I loved it in the first place. Gray and Glory were super welcoming and made me a delicious bowl. I would definitely come back!

  Emily made my grains bowl so PERFECTLY I just had to write a review detailing how incredibly delicious she made my bowl. I was ACTUALLY served double rice like I requested in addition to receiving a healthy serving of pickled onions which is one of my favorite toppings, second only to crazy feta. It’s like she read my mind or I was the one making the bowl myself on the other side of the counter. In the few years I have been a regular CAVA customer, this is singlehandedly the greatest bowl I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Not to mention receiving the collectible keychain was the cherry on top! Thank you CAVA on Memorial! And most of all thank you Emily you are amazing!

  Sad to say we will not be back because of Daniel. A couple of months ago, we had 4 orders that were terribly made, completely incorrect for all 4 orders and the lamb I ordered had a full 1/4 cup of fat with hardly any meat. Sauces were made incorrectly with no flavor, and it took an incredibly long time to come out. I'm a former restaurant manager so going straight to social media is not my style. I called and spoke with the manager Daniel to give them an opportunity to make this good. He said he would refund me and happily remake the order whenever we chose. They apparently keep a logbook for when things like this happen. At the time, that was an excellent compromise. I would even say above and beyond. Fast forward to today, I finally talked my family into ordering Cava again almost 2 months later to the day. I called and was able to speak to the same Daniel, he even remembered who I was! He said he was sorry and would not be able to remake the meals that were incorrectly made because so much time had passed. He offered to make 1 meal. I would understand this if this was something you said to me ahead of time. I was not aware there was a clock on this sort of thing. Needless to say, we will not be visiting this Cava again. I don't like people who say one thing and then go back on their word. Feel free to check out the other reviews I leave. Almost all of them are positive reviews because I feel we live in an age where it's too easy to hop on here and rant and rave and not enough people give credit where credit is due. So, for me to get on here and rant says something...mic dropped, just like Daniel dropped the ball.

  Came for the food, stay because Glory’s smile makes you feel like royalty! Seriously, the food was absolutely delicious, but Glory stole the show.
