  I had such a great experience at CAVA today! I think the names of the two team members who helped me were Gloria and Daniel I’m not completely sure, but they were working around 9:15 tonight. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  always the sweetest when i come in every week. glory always has a smile on her face. this is definitely one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite!

  Yall GO TO THIS CAVA, Glory and Chris took care of me and they were super nice and welcoming. I asked if they could make me fresh chips and the chef had no problem accommodating me. Everyone was nice. This will be the only cava I’ll go to!

  Extremely disappointed with our experience with CAVA. We spent over $200 on an office order, and it arrived almost an hour late. To make matters worse, several items were incorrect, and nothing was labeled, making it extremely difficult to figure out whose order was whose. Everything was simply thrown into the bags with no organization or care. For a large office order of this size, labeling each order should have been basic customer service. This was a huge inconvenience and honestly a missed opportunity for CAVA to earn our future business. I also tried calling to speak with a manager about the situation, but I was only directed to an automated system telling me to go online and leave a review. For over $200, we expected the order to be accurate, organized, on time, and handled with some level of care. Unfortunately, it was none of those things. We will not be ordering from CAVA again.

  Overall this place isn't too bad I put in a to-go order and it was ready to go kind of sort of I'm glad I checked the bag for utensils and napkins because none of that was in there I kind of think that if you're ordering something to go they're going to put everything that you need in there but that doesn't take away from how good of the food is because it actually is really good that's why I keep coming here ! The staff is friendly and if you ask them for anything though they will definitely help you out with anything that you might need
