  My first time going to Cava today. I went to the Westhiemer location, placed my order and got to the register and did not realize that it was a cashless location (I did not have a debit or credit card with me. I ONLY had cash on me. Which never happens) Both workers were very accommodating and gave me my meal for free. I’m CERTAIN that I will be back! The location, atmosphere and employees were all great!

  It was our first time here, so we were very hesitant on what to order but your employee (Day) was amazing and guided through the whole menu and what to order. Also, while eating she checked on us to make sure everything was good. Thanks again!

  I was here by 2:30 ish with my grandma and it was our first time in a while. We were assisted by the tall young man. He was very patient and polite, all in all it was a wonderful experience

  I had such a wonderful experience at CAVA today! Joan was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her warmth and willingness to help me really stood out to me. I’m sitting here in the Houston heat to ensure I take the time to recognize Joan & her service to me. Customer service like this makes a difference, and I truly appreciated her kindness. CAVA, you have a wonderful team member in Joan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Ace provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Asa, in particular, stood out with his incredible work ethic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help, no matter the question or request. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure customers leave satisfied. It's rare to come across someone who works as hard and consistently as Asa does. He stayed positive, paid attention to the details, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If every business had employees like him, customer service would be on another level. I truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars all the way!
