Today I ordered a chicken harissa bowl and a drink and as always, it was delicious. Thank you to everyone here for consistently maintaining a welcoming professional and friendly environment.

I placed two orders: a Chicken & Rice Bowl and a customized bowl for my boyfriend, who was trying CAVA for the first time. Unfortunately, the employee assisting us seemed inattentive, and the orders were mixed up. Chicken was added to the customized bowl, and steak was placed in the Chicken & Rice Bowl. I understand mistakes can happen, especially during busy hours, but the attitude and interaction made us feel uncomfortable. Thankfully, another team member stepped in and helped resolve the situation. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer experience at this location, as I truly enjoy CAVA and would like to continue supporting the brand.

Today I ordered at 11:45am for delivery by 12:40 pm understandable, by 1:49pm no one had called me yet regarding my order. I had to call and cancel the order and still have not been refunded. No one cared to even follow up.

When I was sad that they no longer carry the Tahini Cesar he came to my table and apologized, even though is not his fault corporate changed dressing. I will continue to go this Cava because customer service is on point.
