I had such a great experience at Cava! From the moment I came in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Emily especially made the experience wonderful. She took the time to show me how everything works, explain the different options, and answer all of my questions so that I felt completely comfortable and knew what to expect. Emily was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. Her kindness and enthusiasm really stood out and made such a positive first impression. Customer service like hers makes a huge difference! Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend Cava to anyone, especially if you’re new and aren’t quite sure how everything works yet. Huge shoutout to Emily for going above and beyond — she was wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emily is awesome- I ordered a deconstructed greek bowl with half lettuce and half rice. Emily got my unusual order just right!!! She has such a friendly personality and makes visiting CAVA an enjoyable experience!

I visited this Cava yesterday and had a coupon that was unfortunately giving the cashier some trouble. Josue stepped in and assured me they would honor the coupon and was super apologetic and kind during the whole situation! I really appreciated his great customer service.

Their dishes look good on the photos. When the server finished adding ingredients to my bowl, if looked lilke someone else has already chewed it... The taste was not good either. Inside of the restaurant did not look clean, walls have moisture stains. When I sat at a table, I got few drips of water on my head from the ceiling AC vent...
