  CAVA never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling. I love how customizable the bowls are, and the ingredients taste high quality every time. The staff at this location was friendly (Tyrell thanks for making our bowl and Luis for checking in with us during our visit) the restaurant was clean, and my order was made quickly with amazing new suggestions. The harissa chicken and crazy feta are my favorites! Definitely one of my go-to spots for a healthy and delicious meal.

  I just moved to the Copperfield area a month ago and have visited this location 3 times. Mr. Luis has had the best customer service every time. Last night wasn’t the exception. I’m giving 4 stars since one of the girls serving the toppings wasn’t nice just like last time. I appreciate Mr. Luis taking care of me. Hopefully they will improve this aspect. I have 2 customer service jobs so I appreciate when workers treat people nice and with a pleasant attitude.

  CAVA is one of my favorite places to eat, not just because of the food but because of the customer service. Every time I come in, the staff is incredibly compassionate, welcoming, and full of friendly energy. It really makes a difference when you’re hungry and looking for a good experience.   I’m a regular customer here, and overall the food is consistently good. I rarely have issues with my orders, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there is one employee — a woman that wears black glasses and a black head covering that often does not wear a name badge — whose customer service has been consistently unpleasant every time I’ve interacted with her. She rarely greets customers, often comes across with an attitude, and makes the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. At this point, when I walk in and see her working, it honestly makes me reconsider ordering because the interaction is that unpleasant. Whether she’s making food or working the register, the attitude remains the same. I’m not complaining about the food or the business overall. This is specifically about repeated negative interactions with one employee while every other staff member has been perfectly fine. I hope management addresses it because it affects the customer experience.

  CAVA is good, but this location sucks. Whenever I order online for pickup or delivery, they give very small portions and forget the pita bread. Today, I tried a to go order that I ordered in person.. portions were better, but the customer service is not the greatest. The girl had an attitude from the time I walked into the store (while serving the customer in front of us) to the moment I started my order. I also had to remind her to give me the pita bread that comes with a meal. She rolles her eyes and proceeded to let out a side comment to another coworker. I would avoid going to this location. Personally, the location on 290 near the outlet mall is amazing, I've always had a great experience at other locations. Worth the short commute to different location.
