  I had such a great experience with the staff at CAVA, especially Luis and the female cashier! I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, but they were so kind and understanding and went out of their way to fulfill my order at their location. They were quick, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout the whole experience. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Luis and the team, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so easy! CAVA is lucky to have employees like them!

  The bigger red headed woman with the tattoos gave terrible service. I walked in still thinking about the toppings I needed and she rolled her eyes and sighed when I wasn’t sure. It gave off a really rude vibe and she then walked away from me and turned her back from me. However, the older gentleman gave excellent service and I felt welcomed and noticed. Do better red head.

  I work two Doors over at The Vitamin Shoppe and ever since I started working here Luis’s team, notably Adam, Michael and Bre have had exceptional service and provided a great atmosphere to have my lunch breaks at, they are great people persons who obviously work hard and are about providing an outstanding experience to every customer they serve and prepare food for. The food is amazing and just keeps getting better with every new order I try, I highly recommend visiting!

  I had a great experience at CAVA today with Michelle! She provided excellent customer service and made the visit enjoyable for both me and my son. Her friendly attitude, attentiveness, and welcoming energy made us feel valued. It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who goes above and beyond to create a positive experience.   I visited this location on 9/30/2026 around 11:50 AM, and the service at the start of the line was appalling. While ordering my greens and rice, I asked the employee serving the base ingredients for a piece of pita on the side. She completely ignored me. Thinking she might not have heard me over the noise, I asked a second time—only to be directly ignored again as she turned away to take the next customer’s order. No "yes," no "no," and no acknowledgment whatsoever. Being treated like you’re invisible while simply trying to order food is infuriating. I eventually did get a side of pita at the end of the line after asking the gentleman handling the payment. If it is standard protocol at this location for pita requests to be handled exclusively at checkout, a five-second, simple explanation from the line worker would have completely solved the issue. Instead, her refusal to communicate made me feel like I was begging food. Poor staff communication and unacceptable customer service. I won't be returning to this location.
