  My best friend and I had such a great experience at CAVA! Asia was so sweet, welcoming, and attentive while taking our orders. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and even came to our table afterward to make sure we had everything. She noticed I forgot my pita chips, gave us some extra, and even offered me a free brownie, which was so thoughtful of her! I really loved her attitude and kindness. She definitely made our experience even better! 💚

  I always come here. I recently visited with my boyfriend, and the general manager was incredibly generous and offered to do my cava blow complimentary because I was experiencing some stomach issues and wasn’t able to eat much. I truly appreciated his kindness and generosity in taking care of us.

  I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The food is always fresh and tastes great, and the customer service is excellent. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, and you can tell they have a solid, organized system in place. The manager is also extremely helpful, informative, and very hands-on around the store. Overall, this location is well-run and consistent. Definitely recommend!

  Luis was extremely helpful! I love cava for the service and the tasty selections that they offer! He was very nice and this is the only location I am willing to visit because there aren't any near me in cypress. I really enjoy the harissa chicken and balance between salty and sweet. It was extremely clean, and everyone was very helpful. I'll be back!

  I had the absolute best experience of my life at CAVA, and it’s all because of Michelle. Let me say her name again—Michelle—because I don’t want anyone to forget it! She is truly one of a kind. I have never met someone so kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Since I just moved to this side of town less than 30 days ago, I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Michelle walked me through every step of building my bowl, explained all of the options, and even let me sample different dips so I could find exactly what I liked. Because of Michelle’s outstanding customer service, you’ve gained a loyal customer for life. Employees like her are rare, and she deserves to be recognized. If there’s a promotion in her future, she has absolutely earned it. Thank you, Michelle, for making me feel so welcome. Please never lose or replace amazing team members like her—she is a true asset to CAVA!
