  I never miss the chance to eat at this location when I'm in town. The service is super friendly. For the past few times, I've been helped by Amaya, who is always super kind and engaging . I'm always thrilled with my choice of salad and I look forward to it for days in advance, since I dont live in the states but fly in for work regularly. There has not been one single time in 2 years that I havent eaten Cava within 3 hours of landing in Houston. 100% recommend this restaurant! You wont be disappointed!

  Thank you so much to the team at CAVA Vintage Park! I had issues ordering catering online for an event so I called the day of before opening to see if I could get the order filled. The team was so helpful and accommodating despite being last minute, also taking into account my organization's 501(c)(3) status. Thank you, Sam and team for the help and kindness!

  Everything at CAVA was so good! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were amazing. Mayra was hands down the best employee — she provided excellent service, had such a positive attitude, and made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly generous with the portions. You can tell she truly cares about customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at CAVA thanks to her!

  I visited this location for the first time since I took a break for a year due to the quality, however with the new salmon coming out on the menu, I wanted to give it a try again, forgetting that this location is not great at the Service and it depends on the day if the food will be fresh or good quality or quantity however today April 23 at 7 PM. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order which stated that it would be ready at 7 PM. I walked in and it wasn’t really busy and went to the pick up stand where there was only one bag with the name Jennifer, so I suspected that they were running a little behind as I walked out to the register. There was a man by the name of Jeremiah, who was checking out a guest and when he finished put his head down and started doing something else before even attempting to greet me I then spoke up and and stated that I’m here to pick up a pick up order before I could even say what my name was. He abruptly pointed to the pick up shelf and said look over there without even looking up to see who I was. I politely stated that I did look over there and my order is not there and it’s past the time that it stated it would be ready he then said oh and ask the kitchen staff and which he said OK you have two more orders in front of you however that interaction put a bad taste of my mouth because why why did you speak to me in that manner not even knowing that my order was not over there from there? I got really busy but it took 20 an additional 25 minutes for my order to become ready. There is no apology or offering of a drink or anything like that for my weight for my order that was way past the time that it said it would be ready. However, the food quality was good so I will say maybe it depends on the time of the day that you go and who’s working, but I don’t know if I will visit this location again based off of that experience, especially after not going for a whole year.

  Cava always hits! At least that's what my girls say! My last experience with my Harissa chicken has given me a bit of a phobia as I am a huge texture guy and have a hard time when I have to pick something hard out my mouth ... for example can't do a lot of fish because I hate picking the bones out my mouth, not the biggest fan of some berries because of the "seedy crunch" ... Hopefully you get the picture ... but My last experience with Cava there was something very hard in my Harrissa chicken bowl, which I had to keep pulling out my mouth, and unfortunately I was not able to figure out what it was. So after that, i'm not even willing to take the chance. But I'll base my review on my girls opinions and they love it!
