  i frequent this CAVA and they always provide sufficient portions, the pita is always fresh and the staff is friendly. i wish they had more seasonal options.

  I ordered the Harissa Chicken bowl and added steak through Door Dash. I didn’t get any of the upcharges items. It did come with avocado because it was a “premium” bowl. After tax, fees and tip, my lunch was $39.73. I do understand that the same bowl I would get in store is going to be higher for delivery. I ordered mine as the full portion. The sticker on the lid reads half portion. When my order arrived, I opened the bowl and was disappointed. A bowl that should be enough for two meals was barley half way full. I called this location and while apologized to was told there was nothing they could do. Because it was ordered through DoorDash, they have different parameters than if I would have ordered it from their actual, app. The portions are different. If I wanted a refund, I would have to go through DoorDash, not them. Even though they made the bowl. I contacted DoorDash and requested a refund and all they want to give me is $9.77. I have included my original order in DoorDash, where I requested full portion, a picture of the sticker on top of the lid where it says half portion, the actual bowl I received, and what other people’s bowls look like when they order. I guess you only get the actual full portions when you go into the restaurant to place your order so you can see them make it. This has been an awful experience all around. I think I’ll just stay with Salata. The bowl was good, but not for $39.73!

  I really like this place for fast but healthy-ish dining. I have been to this restaurant but not this location before. I was a little disappointed with how few greens the server put in the bowl, which was only about half full as a result.

  The set up was different from other Cava I been too. Seems like the rules were different too. For a bowl only 1 green 1 grain. The other Cava im allowed to mix greens but no grain its either or. Maybe separate owners separate rules? The girl behind the counter didnt explain much. Was like starring at a deer in headlights. There's no list of beverages so by the time I finished building my salad and was asked if I wanted a beverage and the menu overhead had none listed and cashier didn't volunteer any names of beverages I was mentally exhausted. I did not have the mentally capacity to pay for a mystery drink and walk around the corner hoping there would be a flavor I enjoyed. The warmed prepared Pita chips were convenient yet over salted. I always add salt to food so for me to say these wete over salted they truly were. I hope this location does better. Staffords got them beat in service and food.

  I recently dined at cava on Washington and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was nothing short of amazing—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, making the visit even more enjoyable. Specifically Steven and Beni! They were amazing. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for excellent food paired with outstanding service.
