They had rented a private room with buffet and dessert and a paid bar. The fajitas were very delicious. The steak ones. Oh my goodness! I would definitely recommend them every time. Had not been here in years

- SDSunny D70Aug 1, 20262.0Nostalgia brought us back tonight to Cadillac Bar, but our experience tonight will damper our future desires to return. We were seated immediately and the server arrived before the chips and salsa. The Jefe Grande was recommended and I was expecting an explosion of awesome flavors. It arrived with a sparce rimming of tajin and the margarita tasted like Galveston beach water. The cheese enchiladas were creamy but had to fight to taste the spices over the salt in the chili gravy. The spinach enchiladas were fat and heavily filled with perfectly cooked spinach and mushrooms but overpowered with an excessively salty, cheesy topping and too thick flour tortillas. The server was pleasant but did the most unprofessional action by taking the signed receipt before we left. I don't hate the place just didn't love it!

BIG shout out to Jose Perez, he took great care of us , from the Cadillac Margaritas to the Queso and Birria this place is so legit. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
