  Aliyah was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time in the restaurant, I could not decide from the menu items. She was very helpful, gave her recommendations, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me decide. I will definitely be back! Not to mention, my choice of your number one seller of catfish was amazing. Banana pudding topped it off.

  So I ordered oxtails online, where you place in your email and phone number as well. I gave 40 mins in between ordering and getting to restaurant. I get there and was told that the oxtails would be another 40 mins. I asked why they didn’t call and the cashier said she just found out, which I believe. However, someone knew over 40 mins ago that the oxtails would take that long. So then I plan to swipe out the order but while I’m planning (calling person that had oxtail to see what they would like), I was refunded, which wouldn’t be received until the next day due to it being the weekend. I picked up the order but it was paid for by someone else. I was going to swipe out the order only to be informed that I was refunded, which did not work for me cause now I have to use my own money. They should have waited for confirmation before doing ANYTHING! So I replaced order and had to wait 15 extra mins, total of 55mins between order and receiving food. Ridiculous. I was given a free medium etoufee…thanks. Anyways, food was decent but be ready for some unnecessary BS! So pick your poison.

  This place sucks..every time I come there something changes. The food order is different & the ppl are so unprofessional. And the kitchen closes when they get ready. I will not be back. I did not order or eat thrte because the kitchen was closing and I n made a point to come early than last time. Kitchen still closed early. That's my issue; things keys changing.

  Food came smoking hot. ! I ordered a fried catfish plate that comes with 2 sides. The Catfish is fried hard but they are HUGE! The macaroni was tasty but a little to dry for my liking but don't let that stop you. The cornbread is good, but may be too sweet for others. The red beans and rice was my favorite part of the meal although it was slightly crunchy. The plate was roughly $25 AFTER taxes. They do not include a drink, those are sold separately. The staff don't seem terrible, but they also didn't greet or welcome anyone. Sort of stand off-ish. You have to ring up your own order on the self serve kiosk. So the only "service" you get is when they bring your food out of the kitchen or if you order drinks. The Atmosphere is chill and relax, but it's a very compact location. Great music, 6 tables and a bar. They keep the inside Clean, although I did NOT go inside of the restroom while I was there. It's very stylish as well. The parking lot is also tight, roughly 10-12 spaces to park, if that. They do have handicap spots and a ramp. Restroom for customers only. They use individually wrapped plasticware not silverware. I will definitely be going back because none of these things gave me bad vibes. There are no bugs and that's amazing for me lol.
