  I visited this restaurant today and had an unpleasant experience with the customer service at the counter. I did not know the server’s name, so I addressed her as “amiga” in Spanish, intending it in a friendly and respectful manner. She told me twice, “Don’t call me amiga. I’m not your friend.” I understand that someone may not want to be addressed that way, and I would have respected a simple request to use another form of address. However, I felt that the way it was communicated was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe concerns about how someone prefers to be addressed can be communicated politely and respectfully. I hope management can take this feedback into consideration and ensure that customers are treated with courtesy, even when there is a misunderstanding.

  This Philly cheesesteak is a must-have every time we’re in Houston! The meat is tender and juicy, loaded with melted cheese, grilled onions and peppers, and the bread is perfectly soft. So flavorful and satisfying! We always make it a point to stop by whenever we’re in town.

  I tried Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Before trying, I wasn’t sure if it would taste good but I was totally wrong. This is one of the best sandwich I tried on my trip and the sauces offered at Busy Boy elevate the taste of every dish. Taste: 10/10 🤤🤤🤤

  Went to eat there today the food is amazing, however the man at the front was very rude…he didn’t know that I spoke Spanish and he spoke very poorly about me and my husband infront of me in Spanish. I felt very uncomfortable I may not have looked Hispanic but i understood everything he said. The food was good but the service just made me uncomfortable.

  No dine-in experience yet, but I placed a takeout order online for the first time. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. I haven't picked up my order yet, so I'll come back and update my review after I pick it up and taste the food.
