  The burger was not hot...though we waited for it 10 min. The fries were dead...so full of grease they slumped over like dead weeds and left grease all over my hands. I actually used a paper towel to try and pull some of the oil out. Then they just pushed in my hands...horrible fries. Just ok goat cheese arugula burger. Not hot at all. Kinda dry actually. Good service and clean and comfortable atmosphere.

  Ordered a burger well done and it came out almost rare. Since I ordered it to-go, I called for a refund that I'm still waiting on. Will never go here again.

  Second time here, a year apart. Both times the burgers were perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and quick. Great atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

  So I’ve been here a number of times since the times they had Edamame on the sides menu(Miss those) I have to eat Gluten free for medical reasons. I’ve not had any reactions however after going today I definitely had and am currently enduring a reaction. Had to repeat my order like 4 times and it was still put in wrong. And then even after realized other items were missing. All got straightened out, I’d say it’s just the busy hour but there was hardly anyone there. They also stopped using the butter leaf lettuce which was a bummer, food seemed a little saltier than usual. But beware even if you’ve eaten gluten free here before , not sure what exactly changed or if it was a fluke. But you might get glutened here.

  This place is really good, juicy burger but not so you get a soggy bun, house pickles and sauces, crisp flavorful fries, never feels crowded but definitely a steady stream of people when I go and above all it's consistently outstanding. My only complaint is that the metal chairs seem a little on the small side but my wife and daughter have no such complaints and there are benches and bar stools. I do wish they had a "large" fry or tots for when someone "doesn't want fries" but that just means I get to order two!! Get the truffle fries!
