If I can give this place a 0 I would. The workers literally never want to do their jobs, and they are just so lazy. How you expect to get good tips if you can’t even put in the damn work. This location specifically needs to either hire people who care, or shut down. Horrible service, and I know a lot of other people can agree.

Got my order to-go after work today, just wanted to say I had a very positive experience! The staff working the pick up area was very friendly and positive, order was correct, food was great, no complaints here.

Service here is usually slow, which we expected when coming to this location. However, today’s service was extremely slow. We sat at the bar side of the restaurant and did not have a server approach us for 15 mins. Tables all around us were dirty and sticky. People who came in after us, sat down, got their menu and drink orders before we ever got approached. We gave them a few more minutes to come to us before we would make the decision to walk out. Honestly, we should have walked out after this initial red flag. Second problem, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. The menu item literally has the word “classic” on there, with a crispy chicken sandwich description and picture on the menu. Waited about 30 mins for my order to come out and it was a grilled chicken sandwich. I told my server I had ordered the classic chicken sandwich, which is crispy not grilled. He argues with me stating that’s what I ordered, the classic chicken sandwich which he claimed comes grilled. I looked at the menu again and showed him that it was indeed crispy, the “new item” is the grilled classic chicken sandwich. Which I did not order. He then asks me if I’ve ordered this item before. Odd question to ask a customer despite showing proof that what I ordered is not what was given. Yes I have, several times, which I’m sure MANY customers have also ordered the “classic” chicken sandwich. Literally a staple item on their menu since they’ve opened up this company. Again, he doesn’t take accountability for his mistake and walks away telling us he was going to find out. I see him walk by holding the menu and reviewing it. Comes back and says he “maybe mistakenly” must have pressed grilled when he placed my order. I’m ok with mistakes, but take accountability for it and accept that you made a mistake. It’s not a “maybe” I pressed the wrong item, no, you definitely did put my order in wrong and refused to own up to it. Please learn the menu if you’re going to work at a restaurant, especially something so simple that’s been on the menu since the beginning of time. Learn to also not argue with your customers if you’re unsure of yourself, and we never under tip ever, until today unfortunately.

Super long post- but worth the read. I have never given any review a 1 star, but this location deserves it. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were in a real‑life “how not to run a restaurant” training video, just without the comedy. After standing around, I finally went to the front to ask to be seated and have a table cleaned, and we still waited about 15 minutes with an empty, dirty section right in front of us. I literally had to flag down a waitress who was already working that area just to get someone to wipe a table so we could sit. Once seated, the theme of the night quickly became “more waiting.” It took about 45 minutes just to receive our drinks, which showed up wrong and incomplete. Another 15 minutes went by before the corrected drinks finally arrived, and only then could we even think about ordering food. We tried to be proactive and asked to order appetizers and additional drinks all at once, hoping to get ahead of the delays. That plan did not help. As time passed, we watched multiple tables who arrived long after us get seated, served, and leave, while we still had nothing coming out of the kitchen. Eventually, 2 of the 3 appetizers showed up, and one of them was cold enough that I walked it up to the front myself to ask for help. More waiting followed, and at this point even my young son — the birthday boy, who had specifically requested Buffalo Wild Wings — started complaining about how long everything was taking. When a kid who was excited for his birthday dinner is over it, you know it’s not just the adults being picky. I finally asked to speak with a manager, and Liz came over to the table to explain that our waitress was in training and that the power had just recently come back on. I can understand things happen, but I had been in the restaurant for about an hour and a half with almost no food, while other tables were clearly getting normal service. If a server is in training, there should be someone actively helping her, and at the very least, management should be walking the floor and checking on tables that are obviously stuck in limbo. In the end, I paid for the drinks we did receive and decided to cut our losses. Instead of the birthday dinner my son asked for, we left with an unhappy birthday boy and settled for McDonald’s on the way home. For a place that’s supposed to be about fun, wings, and sports, this visit was anything but, and that’s why this location earned a 1‑star review from me.
