    The worse experience I have ever had. We had a large party of 8, so we expected a wait however food was not brought out, people finished before the other food even arrived wings was overly cooked. When asked for a manager after several failed attempts to just pay and leave she said he was on a call and could not come. I think they should’ve had help with her or not have her a big table. Horrible I would not be back and wing stop would be my new favorite. Bathrooms was gross

    If I could do a 0 star I would atmospheres is terrible customer service terrible. Waited 15 mins to just get a menu and another 15 to finally order drinks.( no wait time open seating and not even busy) this isn’t a one time occurrence we hate coming to this location but when we have too it’s never different same experience every time!

    RUN...AWAY...AS FAST AS YOU CAN! How is this place still open? I stopped giving this place my money years ago and thought maybe if they're still in business then things must be better. Im extremely wrong and if anything, things have gotten much worse. I see 7 employees walking around but not one helping to go orders. I clearly see my food sitting there but no one will address the 10 customers standing at the door waiting to at least be greeted. The person at the counter literally came to the phone and ran to the back when she saw the line. Haven't tasted the food but really preferred a refund because there's no way this type of customer service could provide even decent food. 0 stars on this place and will not ever get my money again. BWW superiors please see this and the 100 other horrible reviews and finally shut this place down like you should've 5 years ago.

    Here’s a polished review you can post: I was really disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. From the moment we walked in, we didn’t feel welcomed. The staff came across as unfriendly, and the service only got worse from there. We ordered appetizers, but they never came. Instead, our kids’ meal arrived first, followed by our wings. At that point, we canceled the appetizers. When I asked our server if we would still be charged, he said they had already been removed from the bill. Honestly, I don’t think the appetizer order was ever placed in the first place since he never wrote anything down or seemed very attentive. Throughout the entire meal, no one checked on us, offered refills, or made sure everything was okay. We spent most of our time trying to get someone’s attention. To make matters worse, the food itself was just average. Nothing stood out, and it definitely wasn’t worth the poor service we received. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. Between the rude staff, lack of attentiveness, missing food, and mediocre quality, we won’t be returning anytime soon. From the sound of all the other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. Unfortunately it will eventually cost the business some problems.

    We placed a to go order at this place. Something simple, a chicken sandwich, wings and fries. It said our order would be ready at 9:30. I go in and my order wasn’t ready. Keep in mind the place was dead as well. There was hardly any people there for dine in. It seemed like a slow night. One worker told me my order should be ready in the next 5-7 minutes. Nothing. Another worker told me about 2 more minutes. Nothing. Another worker told me about 3 more minutes. Still nothing. It was almost 10pm and my order was still not ready but other people’s to go orders were coming out. It was ridiculous. We were waiting for almost an hour for our order. My husband came in and was mad. He told them we wanted a refund. The lady came back and told us she would have to wait for the general manager to give us the refund since the order was placed on the website. We just walked out. We waited over an hour for a simple to go order that took forever and we didn’t even get. They kept saying 5 or so more minutes when it turned into 30 more minutes of waiting. Their service sucks. This place sucks overall. It was not busy. We never got our food, nor our refund. I do not recommend this place.
