    I would like to express a serious concern about my recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When I arrived, there did not appear to be a greeter or host managing the waiting area. Instead, a Hispanic female server with black hair appeared to be handling the seating of guests. I was one of the Black customers waiting to be seated. While I was waiting, I noticed that several Hispanic guests who arrived after me were seated before I was. I also observed other Black customers who had arrived after me continue waiting, while Hispanic families who came in after them were still seated first. Throughout the time I was there, it did not appear that guests were being seated in the order they arrived. As a customer, this felt unfair and gave the impression that guests were not being treated equally. I understand there may have been factors I was not aware of, but based on what I personally witnessed, the seating process appeared inconsistent and left me questioning whether all customers were being treated fairly and without bias. I believe this is a matter that deserves a thorough review. I respectfully ask that management investigate what occurred, including reviewing any available security footage and speaking with the employees who were working at the time to determine whether proper seating procedures were followed. If what I observed reflects a larger issue, I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure every guest is treated equally and respectfully regardless of race. I am bringing this to your attention because no customer should leave feeling they were overlooked or treated differently. I hope this concern will be taken seriously and carefully investigated so future guests can have a fair and positive experience. Thank you for your time and attention.

    Table 111. ​I am a usually a takeout customer, but today (July 15th) at approximately 2:30 PM, I decided to dine in with my two daughters. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. ​Upon entering, we waited at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes. Since no one greeted us I went to the To-Go area and was told it was self-seating. After sitting for 10 minutes without service or mens I had to flag down an employee heading to the restroom to ask for help. When our waitress finally approached 10 minutes later she informed us she didn't know she had tables because she was "in the back." ​The service remained severely rushed but slow throughout our visit. Later, after waiting an hour for our main entrees, they were brought out separately rather than together. My meal had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and had to be sent back because it was cold. Other parties who arrived later to watch the FIFA match received their food quickly and without issue. To top it off the waitress seemed confused about Happy Hour timing and still upcharged me on one of the drinks that she said she would fix. I was tired of trying to flag her down when she was running around I just paid the extra 2.00. ​What should have been a quick lunch turned into a frustrating 2.5-hour ordeal and we didn’t leave until almost 4:30 PM. Given the terrible service and cold foodt he experience was absolutely not worth what I paid. ​I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to discuss this matter by email or text and I would appreciate a partial refund (at least half of the total bill) credited back to my card. I hope to hear from you soon.

    Worst experience I had with buffalo my first time here she messed my whole order I also ordered the sliders didn’t even get em the food was ice cold and then a whole roach flew onto my co workers and onto the table everyone got who and was screaming and we still paid for the meal 😂😂😂 never going back again

    The band stopped in after a practice and there wasn't enough seats at the bar. Mandy asked her regulars if they would move one seat down so we could sit together. It was awesome, we made friends with them and bought them a shot for moving down. That's the above and beyond that keeps people at this bar!

    MANDY IS THE BEST, I am a regular here and I always enjoy speaking with her. She is amazing at working at the bar. Her and the assistant manager are a big reason why I keep comming back. They every take her off the bar I will be so mad and ive already to the assistant manager know. My beers cold and never empty with her behind the bar
