She rushed us through our meal and left our drinks empty the entire night. Terrible service and attitude. I will not be returning.

Inexplicably, your entire card balance gets used up, yet they claim your card has insufficient funds. When you speak to the manager, they admit to having encountered this specific issue with this payment method before, but say they are unable to do anything about it—so you end up losing the balance on your gift card.
