  Bad service, no one greets you in. All tables are dirty and not ready to sit anyone. They had a line of people waiting and visibly frustrated. We sat waiting for someone to assist after 20 minutes. Eventually a waitress came and was rude. My family and I went ahead and walked off.

  Could leave zero stars will baerly any tables occupied and waited more than 20 min and still waiting…….seems to be a common thing for bww seems this a thing at all of them

  I walked in at 10pm and the hostess told me “sit anywhere” I asked if I could sit outside and she said yes. After waiting almost 10 minutes without a server greeting us, I went inside to request one. A few minutes later a server comes out without saying hi or greeting us, she goes, “‘for future references we stop sitting patio at 10pm” I told her the host said it was fine and she continued to tell me “for future references” with a very hostile voice. She tells us she needs a card and asked what we wanted without ever giving us a menu. I went to sit at the bar, got my card back from her and spoke to the manager. The manager did nothing to correct our experience other than apologizing on her end. We sat at the bar and was ignore for a while. Then we ordered an appetizer and our meal. They came out at the exact same time. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

  Our server was Stephani and she was super nice and attentive. She brought refills when she noticed our drinks nearly finished. Stephani also made recommendations and informed us of all the specials available. Food came out super fast less than 10 minutes. We came in at noon and it wasn’t too full nor noisy on a Thursday. Everything tasted amazing and had a great experience thanks to Stephani.

  They are very short staffed and be prepared to wait more than an hour for your food to come out. That’s even if it’s your correct order or it comes out very cold. I was there for an hour waiting for my food ..another customer came in and got their food before me and they ordered a lot of things. I asked my server what’s going on with my order and she said it’s not ready yet … it was only 6 wings. I was like how does everyone else get their food before me and i was there longer. I saw other customers returning their food due to how cold it was. I have given this location many chances this is not the first time. Last time we were walking in and a table was leaving without getting their food .. they made a comment stating they waited 2hrs with no food to just Leave.. we sat for about 30 min with nobody coming to our table .. we left.
