  Javier T. provided such an amazing experience from start to finish tonight. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire meal. His recommendations were spot on and helped us pick some of our favorite dishes of the night. He checked in often, kept everything running smoothly, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. We truly appreciated his great service and would definitely come back again because of the experience he provided!

  By far the worst customer service and food. Filet mignon was cooked incorrectly twice and I still had to pay for it. 1 of us had got food poisoning and till this day 5 weeks later no one has reached out to me or has been able to solve my issue. I’ve spoke to Rogan the manager and Paul the GM also Jay. And Rogan has no manners neither does the other manager. They have been completely rude in regards to my situation. No effort whatsoever.

  I've always wanted to dine here after hearing about the food and atmosphere. One of those must dine places for Houston. One recommendation for the GM/owner(s): look into installing and offering electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in your parking lot. This is helping restaurants with discoverability as more people drive EVs and look for convenient places to charge. Such a benefit to be able to charge while dining. And your clientele is already driving EVs. I recommend reaching out to local Houston company, Pangea Charging, for EV charging consultations and installations.

  Our experience at Brenner’s Steakhouse was exceptional from start to finish. The steak was cooked perfectly—easily one of the best we’ve had—and set the tone for an already memorable evening. What truly made the night stand out was the hospitality. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our entire family felt comfortable and cared for. We came in with our two babies, and she was incredibly attentive—not just to us as parents, but genuinely thoughtful about our kids’ needs as well. That level of awareness and care doesn’t go unnoticed. Darcel was just as wonderful—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to show us the garden, which added such a unique and personal touch to the experience. It made the evening feel even more special. The entire staff was outstanding—attentive, kind, and professional throughout. Brenner’s delivers not just amazing food, but a level of service that makes you want to come back again and again.
