  Excellent coffee and an even better experience at Bluestone Lane in Rice Village, Houston. The coffee quality is consistently outstanding, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. Kaitlyn, Shan, Kel, Li, Jennifer,… and the rest of the team are always incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They create the type of atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. One of my absolute favorite coffee spots in Houston! ☕️❤️

  The food was fine, but the service was incredibly bizarre and unprofessional. Our waitress didn't say a single word to us and didn't greet us she was just quietly singing to herself until we finally gave our order. Definitely wouldn't come back based on the service.

  Kel was amazing, it’s not everyday you get great customer service, but today we were blessed with Kels outstanding welcoming attitude. Food was 10/10. I had the green goddess and it was delicious, ingredients were fresh. We ordered a latte and iced magic which were both delicious ! Thank you Kel God bless you ❤️ keep shining your light !

  We came in as a group of five on Sunday, and the experience was awful. I usually go to the San Felipe location and have never had any issues. The staff there are always friendly and professional, but this location was the complete opposite. The employee named Shaun got all five of our orders wrong. Mistakes happen, but the bigger issue was how she handled it. When we pointed it out, she argued with us and was very rude. At one point, she took my coffee out of my hand abruptly, opened it, and just added mocha sauce after I explained it didn’t taste like mocha at all. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t return to this location

  Really disappointing experience. Our group of five ordered coffee, matcha, and mochas, and every single drink was made incorrectly and tasted off. When we politely asked about the drinks and why they didn’t taste as they usually do, the barista responded with a bad attitude and was honestly disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and being rude to customers when concerns are raised is unacceptable. Sadly this experience ruined what should have been a pleasant visit.
