Gorgeous atmosphere and very classy area! Came here for tea time and would definitely come back again. It is fairly expensive, but the pastries were amazing and finger foods were okay. We got seated in a back room all by ourselves which was awesome so we could talk. Its very nice that they validate parking and drop it down to $8 for those at the restaurant

I attended the Mother’s Day Brunch on 5/10/2026 with family …mixed experience…details below. The positives - the food quality was excellent. Appetizers and desserts were buffet style - selection and quality was good. Entrees were made to order which was great! Also positive - the flower bouquets and bath salts for the moms were very nice touches and were well done. Negatives - service and space. Service was surprisingly sub par for a hotel of this caliber. We were seated outside, which we did not love. When we asked the hostess about indoor seating, her response was a very unfriendly and short “no we can’t do that”. No doubt the fine print in the event detail articulated that outdoor seating was a possibility so I get it. However, if the server had responded to our request with a smile and “let me check”, we would have felt more welcomed, even if the answer was a polite “we are unable to accommodate you at the moment”. After 10 minutes of sitting next to the loud pool party (a vibe we did not want), we inquired about indoor seating with another staff member who was more accommodating, and we were moved inside. Table service (for drinks, etc) was slow and spotty. We had to ask for things multiple times. Another negative - the buffet space was very tight. Clearly this space was not intended for this type of buffet and it was clear from the cramped setup. Overall - a nice event and I’m happy I tried it. However, there are much better options for special event, high end buffets in Houston. The Four Seasons Hotel downtown for example does a better job with food, service and the overall experience.

Excellent atmosphere and beautiful service. Expected tea to be served with porcelain tea pot rather than metal tea pots.

This may be my go-to high-end breakfast place in Houston. The breakfast offerings were extensive and delicious. The service was top notch. Most importantly, I ordered a cortado that was made perfectly and was delicious-- well above the quality you would find at a Starbucks for example. It's important to note that this is a high-end place in a high-end hotel... This is certainly not a place for casual breakfast but more for business people meeting before the work day.

It’s fine, except for the unnecessary stress they force upon their customers in the form of a mandatory valet service. They deliberately make the parking confusing, with hidden or no signage at all, then give out tickets if you think you parked in an allowed location. This despite having a vast empty parking lot at 9:00AM on a Saturday morning. To call it a bad business practice would be an understatement. My entire visit to the restaurant was overshadowed by the fact that I got scammed into paying for a bad service that I didn’t want. Never coming back again.
