  My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday, so I was really hoping we’d have a great experience. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel. We ordered the New York strip, and unfortunately, the steak was dry, lacked flavor, and simply wasn’t enjoyable. I spoke with the manager before leaving and shared my concerns. I didn’t want to make a big deal, especially on my daughter’s birthday, because I didn’t want to take away from her celebration. However, I feel it’s important to be honest about our experience. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t end there. We went to the pool area briefly to take some pictures, and we were asked to leave because the pool was closed. What was confusing was that there were other guests on the other side of the pool area, including people eating by the pool. We respected the request and returned to our table, only to find that everything had already been cleared away. I then had to sign the check while standing because our table had been completely cleared. When you’re celebrating a special occasion at a five-star hotel, you expect the food and service to match the setting and the price. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet that standard. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because there is definitely room for improvement.

  Our lunch, which was the special, took a very long time to be served. It was served in a plastic bento box type of tray. Tha salmon was good and my friends really liked the "little" cheesecake. The tip was already added to our bill although there were only 3 of us. We were extremely disappointed with the valet service. Our card was "validated" by our waiter. He said the valet fee is normally $20 and the validation brings it down to $8. We were told to scan the card to pay. We scanned the cards, the $8 appeared plus another $1.85 was automatically tacked on and charged with no way to remove it🤨. When we tried to get our cars, they said what we paid via the scan was only the tip and we still needed to pay an additional $8! This felt like extortion! $17.85 to park for lunch is ridiculous!

  Stopped into this hotel for breakfast during a conference in the area. Breakfast was good, but I was a little surprised at the quality of the cheddar cheese that was used in the omelette. It was yellow and oily. The potato wedges that were served with breakfast were essentially french fries in wedge form. Sourdough seemed like regular white bread. The butter and jams with the toast were great, and the cappuccino was excellent. Service was great, and it’s a really swanky and cool spot.

  Disappointing Experience and Inattentive Service 2 Stars. I expected a better dining experience given its location inside a hotel, but unfortunately, the service and food did not quite live up to expectations. To start, the restaurant is a bit hidden inside the hotel and took us a while to locate. Once seated, there were several noticeable service gaps throughout our meal: • Sparkling Water: The bottle was placed on our table, but no one poured it for us. • Allergy Check: Staff did not ask if anyone in our party had dietary restrictions or allergies. • Table Space: When appetizers were served, I had to clear and rearrange space on the table myself to make room for the dishes. • Clearing Plates: While clearing our appetizer plates, the server stacked dirty plates from another table onto ours. • Cutlery Mix-up: When bringing fresh utensils for the next course, the server got confused and accidentally took away the clean set they had just placed. The food itself was fairly average and didn't leave much of an impression. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and could definitely use some improvement in service details.
