  I'm giving service a 1 STAR review because of bad business from who I believe is the owner. I come here for take out atleast 1 to 2 times a week for the past several months. And everytime I come I ask for BBQ sauce because BBQ sauce isn't listed on the doordash app for some reason, and the usual employees gives it to me with no problem and no extra cost everytime (even though i had no idea it was at extra cost at the time). Today I order the usually chicken bowl and cheesecake on the doordash app. I come in, the owner tells me we're sold out of cheese cake, but you can switch it to chocolate cake (keep in mind, this happen before and an employee said the same thing and even said I can take a free soda if i wanted). So I was fine with the chocolate cake even though i don't like chocolate and the owner didn't even offer anything free like a can of soda. I then ask for a cup of ice, owner tells me, the ice machine isnt work. Okay Fine...... I then ask for BBQ sauce. The Owner tells me that BBQ isn't an option for the chicken bowl so he'll have to charge me for BBQ sauce. SO AFTER ALL THOSE ISSUES, THE OWNER COULDN'T EVEN SLIDE ME A SMALL CONTAINER OF BBQ FOR FREE, WHEN THE WHOLE TIME I'VE BEEN COMING IN AS A REPEAST CUSTOMER AND GETTING BBQ AT NO COST.. Today, BIG STACK BURGER lost a loyal customer. Yes it may seem like a small issue, but coming in as a repeat customer for several months and has the audacity to charge me for BBQ when there was in issue with the order to begin with is BAD BUSINESS.

  Big Stack Burger definitely has the kind of menu that makes it hard to choose just one thing. I’d go for one of their stacked burgers with fries on the side the combination looks seriously satisfying. I like that the whole concept feels simple and straight to the point: a good burger, a generous portion, and something tasty to enjoy without making it complicated. 🍔🍟

  When I first found this place the food was great and portions good. After 2-3 months of coming consistently (at least 3 times a week), I saw a progressive decline in food freshness, portions, and taste followed by a price increased so I stopped wasting my money.

  Big Stack takes pride in their food, and it shows. The Lamb Stack was an unexpected menu item, but completely sold me. The meat was flavorful, the rice was amazing, the salad was a nice addition, and the sauces helped a lot too. That combined with the friendly staff makes this a place that is undoubtedly worth visiting, possibly even becoming a regular stop if you're a local.

  First time trying this place and it was honestly delicious I was welcomed in by the cashier and he was very polite and informative on what came in each plate which I did appreciate as a semi picky eater he offered us to try the shakes which we ordered a chocolate one. we ordered to go and when we received the bag I really like the attention to detail... gave us sauces silverware and napkins which I did appreciate as we didn't have to ask the food was delicious we devoured everything didn't get the chance to take pictures of the loaded fries but those are a 10/10
