  Horrible service! Never visit this place. The young Hispanic woman clearly needs assistance. Hannai informed me that Connie is the manager; please contact me about this, and she should be fired immediately.

  Today I ordered the LUNCH special, 1 piece Fish, 6 shrimp from Baytown Seafood. Online, the price for the meal is $9.59. When I picked my order up, the attendant/cashier charged me $12.99. I didn’t immediately think about it. After reviewing the website again, I noticed I was overcharged so I contacted the location, not to receive a refund but to ask why. The cashier explained the price had changed in the system. I explained it may have changed in the system but it didn’t reflect a change in pricing online. She wanted to debate the fact about the pricing until I informed her that the website represented the restaurant and pricing and I was the customer. She received my message but there was no empathy implied or anything. Baytown Seafood, update your pricing list online if there has been changes and do better.

  The young man who served us was such a friendly and nice gentleman! He took great care of us, making sure the food was prepared just right—it was so nice and hot. I think his name was TJ or CJ.
